Doxylamine succinate quiets the mind when you just can't stop mulling things over. No obvious downside, at least with occasional use. Better than the melatonin, or diphenhydramine that sometimes comes in an Identical box and is just Benadryl. Better and much cheaper than Zolpidem, and no prescription.

This really works. It will put you to sleep and help you stay that way. If you do wake up in the night, you go right back to sleep. Doxylamine has gotten hard to find, especially if you are standing in a store and trying to read tiny tiny print on a label. All the sleep aids seem to be switching to diphenhydramine (benadryl) because it's a cheaper drug. Even name brands which have been on the market for years have switched ingredients. Always be sure to read the fine print. The tiny tiny fine print. Diphenhydramine has started causing restless leg syndrome since I've gotten oldly.

1 tablet like directed worked perfect. Was able to sleep all night.

Just received my order of Kirkland Signature Sleep Aid Doxylamine Succinate 25 Mg, 2 pack (192 Tablets). The directions say to take one table about 30 minutes before you plan to go to sleep. I have been using this product, with this ingredient, for some time…and it works really well for me. I usually read before I go to sleep, and I find after I take the 25mg I start getting sleepy about half an hour later. So for me, it works well.The only odd thing about this pack is that the two bottles had been taken out of the Kirkland packaging and re wrapped in two separate bags..then shipped to me. Odd.I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend.
