My son got one at school. It broke, and he (as well as his brothers) wanted another one. Seeing that he liked them, I ordered this bulk pack to give away at his birthday party. Since that had to be canceled, he decided to give them out to his friends in the neighborhood. All of the ones he gave out worked (pens and lights). They are individually sleeved with a tab inbetween the batteries, so they stay fresh. His original pen broke when the plastic tab that activated the light snapped off after 4 months. We will see how these hold up, but they appear identical in quality and design to the one he had. Many of the kids used them to tattoo each other, so they also write (and show up) on skin.

Gave these as a little gift as a mystery reader at my childs school. All kids and their teachers loved creating mystery notes to each other. Perfect for birthday goody bags, as a small gift, or to keep your kids occupied.

The pens are packaged very well- Each pen came with a battery plug and was in its own little bag. Every single pen worked (both light and ink). The lights do not have a flip switch- instead you have to keep the button pushed for the light to come on. The button is very easy to push and will be no problem for smaller kiddos. Personally- I prefer that so the light is not accidentally flipped and the batteries run out. Time will tell if this will last longer. The ink dries quickly so the glow will fade but the purpose of these is fast, “invisible” writing so I’m not sure that is much of a problem.

These work great at first, but the ink doesn’t last long. I bought them for my students, and most were not working after a couple weeks. I bought two packages, and I only had one marker that was a dud straight out of the package. Make sure you put the cap on tightly or the ink will dry up immediately.

Have these to 5th grade students as a valentine gift and they LOVED them!! I compared several listings before ordering and am happy I picked these. They come in Individual plastic sleeves split with half the set each in a larger plastic bag. The color of the pens was a decent selection and good variety. The ink writes perfect and is invisible until you use the ultraviolet light, which was bright and had the little plastic tag to prevent the battery being drained before use. The price per piece was excellent and I would recommend for prizes, class gifts and party favors. I’ll definitely order again!

I used these pens as a gift on some custom greeting cards and they worked great. I confess that I originally rated this product just one star because the first pen I tried had a leak and the light worked for only a few times. However, the remaining pens were all in perfect shape and I used one pen over the course of two weeks testing the light twice a day and it worked fine. I also must say that the business owner contacted me and offered to replace any defective product. So overall this was a five-star experience for me.

Worked well and so fun for the kids to hand out to their classmates! They LOVED them!

These were not individually wrapped so didn’t work for purposes of our Christmas boxes (the pens did not otherwise have instructions and there was nothing to identify what they were). Returned for a different set that were individually wrapped.

These were great as Valentine gifts for the class. Only one of the pens had the light not work. As I only needed 24 this didn’t bother me at all. Great purchase, would buy again.

My kid is obsessed with this since I gave it to him. Writing on everything and everywhere...but its clear so its not much of a issue.This price for quantity is a pretty good value compared to the other sets on here. They all arrived with a battery tab and individually wrapped in a plastic bag.Perfect for a loot/gift bag for kids

Bought these to include in my 10yr olds birthday party loot bags. A big hit with the kids and adults alike.

Great quality for the price! A few of the markets weren’t as “fresh” but they all worked. Kids loved them!
