GRDE LED Headlamp Headlight and Hook Light

This headlamp truly lights up the night and is very cost effective IF you purchase the unit with the rechargeable batteries. I have only been able to use it while working on my sailboat and not out on the water yet however I've run them for 3 solid hours and there was no noticeable decrease in illumination. They also have a strobe feature that could be quite helpful in disorienting a thief sneaking aboard your boat in the night. I accidentally subjected my poor wife to this treatment and can assure you it not only disoriented her, it also made her quite cross with me. (Rightly so I might add) At this point I do not have anything negative to say other than they are a tad heavy but that kind of illumination has to come as some cost.

My first impression of this light was not good. When I opened the box, I immediately caught multiple spelling and grammar errors that an elementary student would be able to fix. My impression continued to be not good, as this light is advertised as "water resistant," and the rubber seals on the battery and charging ports (shown below) are flimsy and would not keep water out if it was raining. The battery pack is extremely large and bulky, so when I am doing work that is dusty and dirty, I put my hood up and the pack gets in the way sometimes. Finally, the status light on the battery pack only turns on when the light is on; it would be nice if this light would turn on when the pack was charging, to show how charged the pack is. Now, the user can only guess how full the pack is when charging (granted, the status light is green when the light is turned on if the pack is charged).However, enough of the negatives. This light is an awesome headlight. The LED lights are the brightest I have ever seen, and truthfully, the battery length is quite good. These batteries last up to five hours with a single light on, four hours with the dual lights on, and three hours with all three lights on. The headlamp is tough, and takes the abuse of the farm I work on. I am extremely pleased with the brightness, and length of the battery on this product. I would buy again, as it is worth $30.

I have a hunting television show, so I spend a lot of time outdoors. This light is amazing for walking into the stand in the mornings or throwing out decoys waterfowl hunting. I have also used this light for many track jobs and recoveries all hours of the night. I love this light, and for the money there is no way that you can beat it. All of my field producers have bought them as well and they love them just as much as I do. Great product and in my professional opinion I would urge anyone to buy this.

Awesome product, slightly heavy, but brightest light I've ever owned, also comes with a car, and wall charger, also a nice USB the leds also change from red to green when charged. Has multiple modes, I typically just use the main light in the middle, last alost a whole shift, and I leave it on 90% of the time. Haven't used it with a hard hat. Overall it's pretty solid, I'd buy another one. If I ever need to.

Received this head lamp in short time and have used to track deer when sun went down. It is more than worth the money and lit up the woods like it was daylight. I love it and 4 friends have bought one also.

Holly power of Zeus this light is bright. I do lots of work in tight dark spaces, on large boats. This light fits the bill. Long battery life, good charge time and freakin so super bright it makes day where there's night.

only thing that needs to be stronger is the battery negative side springs and the positive connectors. The light is amazing and be sure to do research on the batteries. I use it to service swimming pools at night and am 100% satisfied. Like I said though, the battery connectors need a little more strength. The XL 1 light is better than the XL2. XL 1 has a true white look and the Xl2 has a yellowish color to the light.

This has unmatching parts for charging that dont fit togethere but I have the options from other kits to charge its batteries !
