I add this to my water bottle for long bike rides and it seems to prevent any cramping during or after the ride. If I have a heavy day of exercise, I add it to a glass of water before bed and am not awakened by any type of leg cramps. Without it, I can be miserable. I won't let it run out.

Ordering and shipping on this product was excellent. I however have not taken it long enough to give a review as effects. That being said I am trying to cut down on volume of daily supplements I take and this fits the bill. It dissolved well in water and is pleasant to use in my bottled water.

It is a good way to get calcium.

I have difficulty swelling pills and find calcium pills too big. I love this product because it combines calcium, vitamin D and K along with other minerals and it tastes great. I mix it with water. I am taking it for bone health and have experienced my nails being stronger: an added benefit!
