Amazon sells the paper but it appears to be out of stock as of 6/26/2020. The link is : https://smile.amazon.com/WORX-WA2028-Mixed-Sanding-Sander/dp/B07PX1WP92/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=worx+sandpaper&qid=1593184734&s=hi&sr=1-2 However, it is uses standard paper sizes available for other sellers on Amazon or from your local hardware store.

Q: Can i buy the 5-1 sander without the battery anf charger?

Yes, there should be an option to select "Tool-Only" or another listing. Worx lists them on their website too.

Q: For milwaukee random orbit either worx 20v the input charger 110v or 220v. is it universal? can use the power ac in the foreign country?

For the US Worx sander the charger is 110 only. The European charger is dual voltage, but the batteries are not interchangeable so if you buy an American Sander you have to use the American battery. Not fun.

Q: How does the sandpaper attach

The system by which the sandpaper is attached is called hook and loop, which works like Velcro.
