Works great!
My car was stolen and a few random things were taken out of it. I tried to find a switch at the auto parts store but they told me to go to the dealer - where it costs a fortune! This one works great.

Dangerous switch
This switch actually caused a short circuit to my a/c system. Not funny that a new product would cause such harm! My old switch works fine, except the button falls off.

Does not fit Tacoma
Junk. Housing is about .015" larger than the factory switch (2000 Tacoma). At least on that era of truck this part cannot be installed it doesn't fit, I tried it on two vehicles.

Works as advertised
The first a/c button arrived "DOA" and was returned for a replacement. The second product arrived a couple of days later and required some effort to install because of the snug fit. The replacement a/c button looks and performs exactly like the original Toyota product.

Doesn't work for a 2000 Toyota Tacoma.
Doesn't work for a 2000 Toyota Tacoma. Also, doesn't have a light to indicate that the a/c is on or off.

Doesn’t work for 98 4runner
Totally my fault. I didn’t read the description. Toyota must have changed the design from 97 to 98. This will blow your ac fuse and tail lights fuse. It looks the same but internally is different. Not the sellers fault. Just be aware.
