Way faster than specs would tell you. Windows 11 upgradable. GREAT little PC!
I got this new a couple of years ago, to replace a terribly old Mac that couldn't keep up anymore. I've been astonished at how fast this little PC has been. The specs don't really tell you the whole story. The folks at HP managed to optimize this machine so that it's just blazing fast compared to other computers I've had that were closer to top of the line in their day. It may not hold up well for instensive things like video procesing or bulk graphic editing in Illustrator, but for the vast majority of productivity type tasks, this tiny PC is perfect. You'd never know you're on a mini PC except the fact that it's stone cold quiet and doesn't have great HD space (just get a 500GB flash drive, they're cheap). With 7 USB ports and a 2 DisplayPorts, even the lack of HDMI isn't a very big deal. Thunderbolt would be nice but there are workarounds. I've got this thing hooked into a 43 inch 4K monitor and everything looks beautiful. Mouse is a bit slower on the big screen, but that's it.Upgrading to Win 11 was as easy as upgrading the TPM to 2.0 w/ HPs official tool, and using MSFT's registry override published on their site with instructions how to install Windows 11 on machines deemed incapable (Windows will tell you the CPU on this machine isn't up to par, but that's ridiculous). Then during the ISO ugprade you need to selected advanced and turn automatic updates during installation OFF or the install will cut out. Also, all the warnings about how if you upgrade on a machine deemed incapable will make you ineligible for future Windows updates are totally bogus - updates work fine. Windows 11 is way better than 10, especially for multiple monitors. I ran the Performance Monitor app in Windows 11, and not only did this machine pass with flying colors, it scored an 8.7 in the CPU area - where 5 is a passing score. So not only can the CPU handle Windows 11, it handles it a lot better than plenty of the machines deemed capable of Win 11.Buying one of these for $110 refurbished for office, home, or school is a no brainer.

Great deal. Fast PC. But defective bluetooth adaptor
The computer is fast. I am very happy with it however, information about this PC is limited. Was the SHDD replaced or is it original? Also be aware that this unit is not upgradable to W11, as W10 will not longer be supported after 10/2025. Otherwise great value for the money, I am not complaining at all and in fact very happy with this purchase. I would have given 5 starts except that the Bluetooth adaptor does not work well. Very broken / garbled sounds on both sets of air pods. So 4 stars.

Clever... Hmmm...
All right so it turns out the Wi-Fi is built into this there was no dongle at first I was like oh no and I I seem like it was going to be like a bad situation I just powered it on I'm currently going through the first steps of the setup it did connect to the Wi-Fi without a problem with built-in adapter which is nice I prefer that over the dongle so I'm going to go and get this a test run for a month or a few months Etc and then I'll come back and update this review but as of right now it powered on I see no issues at this moment and I'll update in a few months when I have more actual applicable experience with this device and purchase

Compact and cheap
This is a nice little machine. I needed something mounted on the back of a TV to collect home security camera feeds and display them on the TV. I'm using Reolink cameras. This machine has Win 10 Pro which makes it perfect. The Pro part means Windows has remote desktop networking built in so no keyboard or mouse is needed after setup. There was a WiFi dongle in the box which worked without having to install any drivers. It allowed me to unplug the ethernet cable I used to set the machine up and connect to it remotely. I saw a mention in a review that this has no bloatware. This is false. The computer came with tons of Microsoft garbage and trial subscriptions. I found a decrapifier script on the internet and cleaned all the unwanted junk off with the bonus of freeing up 200 gigabytes of precious disk space. You can hardly go wrong for the price although I'm not sure how long the built in fan is going to last since it is used and has mechanical parts that wear. For me the biggest advantage is an all in one ready to go turn key machine compared to a Raspberry Pi which would need much more stuff to be added and configured and would still not be as powerful.

Stopped turning on after 5 months customer service won’t repair or replace
Worked fine when I first received it just missing the blue tooth that was in the description so I called customer service and they sent an adapter. Then after 5 months of occasional use it just stopped turning on. Customer service suggested it may need a new power cord but that I was on my own to buy one and if that didn’t fix the problem they suggested buying a new computer. No attempt to repair or replace, they said the company and Amazon policy only warranties the product for 90 days. I tried a new cord I bought for $70 from Best Buy and it still didn’t work. So as good a deal as it sounds it’s not if it only works five months.
