I’ve been using this coffee for my morning pour-overs, and it’s been a great addition to my routine. The flavor is smooth and well-balanced—strong enough to wake you up but not so bold that it punches you in the face. There’s a nice hint of nuttiness with a little bit of sweetness, which makes it easy to drink black or with a splash of cream.The grind works really well for pour-over brewing, which can be hit or miss with pre-ground coffee. I’ve had consistent, even extractions every time, and the aroma while it’s brewing is amazing.Funny enough, I originally picked this up on a whim after hearing someone rave about Dominican coffee. Now, it’s one of my go-tos. If you’re looking for a smooth, flavorful coffee that shines in a pour-over, this one’s definitely worth a try.

This coffee is really great tasting and cost half as much as other coffees. I drink it because of the flavor, not the cost factor but half the price is pretty cool.

Arrived quickly in original box. Medium roast ground for a drip coffee maker. Flavor is like a Starbucks pile without any bitterness. Taste is good. Recommended.

I had this coffee in the DR. Best coffee I have ever had. So I bought this to try at home in a moka pot. Not bitter, great flavor. Now I truly enjoy my coffee. I dont know if its the bean, the roast, or the grind. One heaping tablespoon in a 3 cup moka pot creates a rich, deep flavored, non-bitter cup of the nectar of the gods. This is the only coffee I drink now and I only make it in a moka pot. I usually use a 6 oz moka pot with two heaping teaspoons of coffee in it because I like it strong. This gives me a regular american coffee cup full. No need for sweeteners or cream because its great as is.For an amazing treat, adding a little good Dominican rum will take it to a new level.

Visiting DR I got hooked on this morning treat. This coffee is so great. When you open the bag the aroma takes me back to my vacay.

Rich and fresh-tasting, without any bitterness. Perfect for our French press. We switched from Peet’s to this after a trip to the DR. Way better and more affordable!
