Perfect. Just perfect
I love everything about this. I have 237 microlocs (so a tad bigger than sister locks) The smallest tool (the extreme left tool shown in the product pic) is just perfect for my micro lots, so if you have true sisterlocs (i.e., 400 or more locs) then this might not be the tool set for you, as the bulb where you thread your loc through may be a bit wider than what you need. Having said that, the long curvy one on the extreme right might work? I can't say for sure until I give it out to someone who has sister locks and get their feedback. I love the smooth finishing that allows the tool to glide through my hair, the length of it is a perfect fit for the average female hand, it does not snag at all. If it falls you can hear it fall and locate it immediately, the threading process is a breeze; I recommend threading it through and then looping twice around the tool to avoid slippage. I work in eight sections and I have 237 locs. Each of the 8 sections takes between 25-30mins to complete. So between 4-6 hours to do my whole head, depending on how lazy I'm feeling. Awesome tool, and you can't beat it for the money. At $16 it's an absolute steal. With this tool I feel like locing my hair has become one of the best decisions I've made in my life. The only thing I can't comment on is longevity. I'll see how long it takes my tool to tarnish (if at all it does) and I'll come back and update my review accordingly. Regardless, at $16 I won't be sad about replacing it at all!

Excellent Quality
These are very nice and durable. The seller packaged them well andthe shipping wasvery quick. I'm about to start my lock journey and I know I made the right purchase for re-tying locs.

Love the way it helps with work flow!!!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this product!! Now granted your locs should be long enough to interlock into itself. Shorter locs should continue using the loom because of the length of this tool it would pull the hair too mischievous if the hair is too short. Only complaint is the width of the end of the tools. As the locs get tighter at the root it becomes harder to get the butt of the tool to pass though. Other than that I love the flow I get into when using these tools because I don’t have to detach and reposition which causes micro time loss but that all adds up to and extra hour or so. My fave of the three is the curved one. If they come out with a slimmer version I’ll be one of the first to grab a set!!!

Good for locing and taking out locs
So i purchased these tools because i saw them on a you tubers video and so that i could maintain my sons locs. He has kinky curly hair which won't sty loc'd because he is always touching, twisting, and using them as stress relief lol anyway we were previously using the re-twist method which wasn't working so i got these and they are great and easy to use. Also my 9yo wanted me to comb out her locs which would take almost 45m per loc with these it only takes me about 20m and is gentler on her hair.

Love This Set of Tools!
This is awesome! I am so happy I came across this set! It made interlocking my hair so much easier than with a latch hook and I feel it's better for my hair too. No pulling or snagging and there's different sizes.

Great tools, NOT FOR SISTERLOCS; might work for micros
Beautiful tools if you have locks that are at least three-eights to a half inch in diameter or larger. I have actual sisterlocs that are smaller by half than your average micros. These tools are ENORMOUS and unusable for actual tightening to the scalp if you are working with hair shorter than 3 inches. You'll have to have quite a length 4 inches or more to start a lock with these tools. A great benefit is how smooth they are. You will not pull out or "pop" your sisterlocs or very thin locks like the typical sisterlock hooks do. Instead, this tool slides smoothly through your hair. Drawback is that this method does create friction for your tender roots, which can weaken them, so be gentle in pulling with this gentle, smooth tool. I have to BUY NEW TOOLS now. When you buy, don't be negligent like I was--Look for the measurements. I'm buying new tools that are 1.5"x2.75". Those will help me maintain my edges and start new locks.

Great tool for the DIYer
I use it for every retie. The varying lengths and styles has helped during every stage no matter the length of my locs.

So far, so good.
I've been using these for about 3 months now. I have about 295 micro twists. My hair was about 12 inches long when I started them so I have no issues interlocking my hair or getting close to the scalp without it being too tight. I enjoy the tin container they came in. Keeps me from losing them. Lol If need be, I'd purchase again.
