The rake arrived quickly. It does a great job with lifting the pile of the carpet. It's a bit flimsy hopefully it will last a while.

The product was just received. I tested it on my dry carpet. The only thing I would have wanted is for stronger plastic teeth. I could not sink them deep enough into the carpet to achieve more separation. It would have been a great tool except for that.

First, I’m not a paid buyer. Just a person who needed help getting the fluff back into the carpet in my apartment.As we all know, apartment carpet is literally the WORST carpet ever. Cheap and flattens quickly. After nearly 5 years this carpet still looks clean and beautiful, but it’s obvious where we walk. So when I got this product I was pretty sure I was going to be disappointed. There was no way a carpet rake was going to bring this cheap carpet back to life, right? WRONG. It not only fluffed those high traffic areas, but after those areas stayed fluffed after walking on them! It’s not perfect, but it’s certainly better than it was. And my kiddo now obsessed with “brushing” the carpet! So win win- the kid helps and I get my fluffy carpet back!*side note- I use this before I vacuum to loosen up the stuff in the carpet. Then I vacuum, rake again, and vacuum a second time. It helps get really deep into the carpet to pull all of the dirt and crumbs up that have been somewhat trampled in.

the lock and unlock feature does not work...now all i have is a loose stick that I can not use!!

I’m a strong guy and this thing will not budge no matter how hard I squeeze and twist. After closer inspection, someone has already chipped at this which means I received a faulty product that had already been returned by someone else. Safe to say I’ll be returning this too. And because I can’t extend the handle, the rake won’t attach, rendering this product completely useless.

This broom is perfect for artificial turf. I was using a blower, but it was not getting the debris from inside the turf. This can be used for cleaning and also for combing the turf blades to stand up right. The bristles will not damage or pull out the turf blades, and the handle is very strong. The customer service is excellent from this company.

I have been looking for something simple to remove all the tree mess I get besides blowing my brains out! this like using a lint remover, Easier than a blower IMO. As soon as i pull the rake across it effortlessly picks up the leaves into pile way easie® than the blower. Check out how well it cleaned that mess up,

Works great.

The carpet rake works well it bringing up the pile from being squished down by walking and heavy traffic. It has brought back some of the life in our heavily trafficked areas that are still carpeted are used to rake before, and after vacuuming.

This is very easy to assemble. It works great on my small piece of astro turf. Easy to use, sturdy for my small space. Decent price, maybe a bit much. But my bigger concern is the seller. The day after ordering, I received a message saying that the product manual had changed, with an attachment to the new manual. I was grateful and said thank you. Asked for confirmation that the item had been shipped, the seller wrote to say that payment had not been received yet so it won't be shipping until they receive payment. This conversation was via a translation service, clearly, as it was not quite fluent. I contacted Amazon support because my credit card had already been charged. Amazon support told me to ignore the seller messages. The seller contacted me again with a follow up message to say that shipping would be delayed. I ignored the message again and the package appeared later that day. So I think Amazon needs to communicate with this seller to help them understand how (or even if?!) to communicate with customers. Oh, and the manual that arrived in the package was exactly the same as the one they sent to me in the first message anyway! Total waste of time with those messages.
