First time I ordered this they only sent wipes not this, I got refund from Amazon and ordered this again cuz I need this. It’s been only two days but I feel like it is def shrinking and bleeding less but I’ll have to use longer to actually see.No burning or anything so far.By the way only order one item at a time from this seller just to be safe 🤷🏻♀️Amazon order showed that they put both items in one package but I only received wipes not this.I’m gonna order only one item at a time from now on. I mean They can’t send me an empty package.

Excellent if you have puffy eyelids or under eye bags
I heard this hint from a model. So far using Prep H for over and under eye puffiness works better than any other product purchased. It does not cause any eye irritation. I have no idea how effective it is for it’s primary purpose.
