元々使っていたマグアイアーズが無くなりかけたため、追加購入しました。 元々の販売時の紙パッケージは剥ぎ取られ、漏れても良いように紙ウエスとチャック付きビニール袋が段ボールに入れられて届きました。漏れ出している程の固形ワックスは、缶の中でもぐちゃぐちゃで、うまく使えるかかなり自信がありません。おそらく使えません。 ウエスでグルグル巻きで到着した際には梱包の状況が分かる様、写真を撮っておいたので、販売者に 「漏れていると分かっていて送るのはどうかと思う」と連絡した所、「発送センターのした事なので分かりません。送付の状況の確認の出来る写真も必要ありません。半額返金で対応させて貰います」とのことでした。 良いと分かっている品物が、使えない状態で届くのは切ないものです。 返金を断った所、写真を見ると言うことでしたが、アマゾンのメッセージセンターからの送信の仕方も分からず、こちらにあげます。 現物を扱わない販売形態に文句もありませんが、到着までの責任を放棄する理由にしてはならない。と思います。 返金で納得する人もいれば、まともな商品が欲しい人もいて、どうするのか選択肢は購入者が決めるべきではないでしょうか。
