The item is basically a temperature controller module, can be used in electronic projects as well as in real needs. This is a micro controller based circuit board can be used as digital thermostat. It can be used both with Cooler and Heater for example as a controller for Air-Conditioner and also can be used with Room Heater. All additional need is a 12v power supply to drive the circuit. The operation is very simple, even beginners can handle it. Operation manual is easily available.

Good quality
Used it for my homemade incubator. Works well though the temperature reading from thermostat shows 0.5 deg variation from the reading using clinical thermometer. Have to adjust the temperature setting accordingly to overcome this issue.
