NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP Lipstick Set 10-Piece Soft Matte Lip Cream Matte vs Metallic Lip Kit

I bought this in Antwerp, Milan, & San Paulo. I've attached a photo of all colors after application, and then I wore Antwerp today to see how it looked dried & throughout the day.Upon application, the color has a sheen to it, but the sheen goes away as it dries. It definitely doesn't have the orange tint to it that it appears it might in the pictures. It takes about 20 minutes to dry enough to not wear off when you kiss the back of your hand, but I'd give it closer to an hour before drinking or eating, and especially if you plan on some serious smochin' haha It is a bit drying, so use some sort of barrier before applying it. Most us chap stick, but I use Purlisse Lip Nourisher and when I took it off my lips felt fine.I lick my lips a lot, and around the 3 hour mark it started to fade for me. I did drink a cup of coffee after giving it an hour or so to dry completely. By 5 hours the edges of my lips were fine while closer to the crease it has faded. I didn't eat any solid foods between application & the 5 hour mark, but I did have (as mentioned before) the coffee, and then I also drank a shake. If you don't mind it fading a bit but still looking fine, I would reapply every 4 hours, especially if you drink & eat in that time frame. If you want it to look just like it does once it is first dried, I would reapply more towards the 3 hour mark, if not, sooner.It definitely lasts longer than your average lipstick, and I will 100% be buying more colors as time goes on.

This is by far the PERFECT nude lip color for my complexion. I wear it daily. Not too thick and not too watery. I wear mine with a sheer lip gloss.

I stumbled across this on a website and read up on it some more and decided to buy 1 just to try it. They're only $6! I WAS INSTANTLY HOOKED! I went out and got some more! they have a great selection of colors, but I am dark skinned, so some don't look as good on me as they would on a fairer complexion. I previously purchased a similar product (From Hourglass) and this is even better! I am bummed I spent $15-$30 on lip products before. I only wear matte, so these are great. My favorite colors are below!Monte Carlo: The best red color! Blue-based.Prague: an AMAZING light plum!Copenhagen: Beautiful darker plum.Abu Dhabi: Great pnik-ish nudeStockholm: Great nudeI also have some tips below for those who want to buy this product.1. It takes almost a half hour to dry fully, to the perfect matte. At least for me it takes almost that long.2. Always use a chapstick before applying this, as it is pretty drying. Many reviews have stated that this is a drying product, so make sure to apply on exfoliated moisturized lips.3. It lasts pretty long, maybe need 1 reapplication over the span of a 12 hour day. I usually don't reapply because I am careful when I am eating.4. With a steady hand, you can apply without the use of a liner. I NEVER use a liner with this because it does not bleed. You get a clean line!5. There is minimal transfer once the product dries, but make sure not to let your lips touch anything before it's dry,6. It's not sticky like some similar products once it's dried.If you know how to use this product carefully, it's amazing. It truly rivals similar products that are 3-5 times more costly. I have ditched my MAC Matte Lipsticks for these! Other products like Hourglass ($30) and Lime Crime Velvetines ($20) don't even come close! The color selection is amazing. Every color you can possibly need, really.I hope this helps!

After reading all of the good reviews I decided to give this set a try. I was really only wanting Transylvania, but this was a great deal! This product is very creamy and goes on pretty well. It does take a little bit of finesse to get it completely even in tone on your lips. Once it dries completely (which took a good 10 minutes or more), it's a beautiful matte finish that doesn't feel dry, chalky, nor sticky. Very minimal transfer and really only needs reapplication after eating or a lot of drinking. The color stays true all day. For this price + quality, I'll definitely buy again & again. [in the photos: first set of swatches (Prague, Copenhagen, Transylvania) are in natural light, second set is with flash]

Abu Dhabi is beautiful. I am darker skinned and I blend with a brown lip liner. It feels great, light weight, and rarely leaves that nasty matte peeling.

This looked kinda off to me when I got it. EXTREMELY similar to NYX but all my matte creams I own has a little mini heart underneath the NYX symbol and within the ingredients they all say cruelty free BUT this one (Madrid) I ordered does not. I must admit it’s a pretty color but it looks like dark pink. I’m not upset too much but for being the same pricing as NYX I was expecting it to be NYX. It does smell similar to the matte ones though ( I own a bunch of the colors I’ve gotten in person or through NYX cosmetics.

I was so excited about this lip cream. I have been searching for the perfect matte red lip product for the longest while. I've seen this lipstick on pinterest so many times (pic included) and decided to order it. However it is not red at all. It's orange :( I don't know if it looks different on different people but it looks true orange on me. I will say though that it is easy to apply and smells amazing. I've only worn it once and I went out to eat so I cannot attest to its durability throughout the day. Anyways, if you're like me and think it's red, it's not.
