Yes, the back says...Wisconsin Harley Davidson (with the Emblem below) and then it says Oconomowoc, WI

I bought this shirt for my son who is 6'6" and the shirt is plenty long and looks great on him. He has a lot of length in his body and the shirt is not at all short on him.
