Cheap, quiet, effective
Noctua make the best fans however they are very expensive, these come very close while being less than half the price. The only issues are the stiff, brittle plastic is prone to breaking and the noise frequency can be annoying for some even though these fans are very quiet.

Silent computer cooling fan
Excellent silent running computer exhaust fan.

Good quality and reasonably priced
Works as expected. Doesn't show as much humming noise as the P12, but there's some. As most people won't use them at the rpm range where the humming noise happens, it should be a very strong option. Performance is very good.

VFM - but worthless warranty & support - EDITED
I've got 5 of these fans. One spins 25% slower than the rest, at the same PWM input. I emailed Arctic support 3 weeks ago and am yet to receive a response... Ignore the marketing - the 10 year warranty is worthless. The working fans are alright - don't assume that they're quite at full speed, because they aren't, but they do move a decent amount of air. They're also pretty cheap - but a 20% failure rate isn't very good. EDITED - finally got a reply from Arctic, who just asked for invoice & my address - within 4 days, I have a replacement fan... A little slow, but all sorted, and I didn't need to return the slow one!

These have to be the quietest fans I've used so far. Top quality

Very quiet.
Love these fans, replaced the original Corsair radiator fans with these and they are amazing quiet and push enough air as well, the old Corsair fans had started to make a horrid whining noise, these are quieter and better than the be quiet fans as I have all be quiet fans 140mm in my system and these arctic fans are a lot better, I will eventually upgrade all my fans to these.

I'm a big fan
Bought as an exhaust fan for my PC, I can barely hear it and it does a great job for the price

Klockren!

This is one of those rare products that is both amazing AND cheap. I'm using 3 of these P14s as intake fans in my Fractal Design Meshify 2 case. My system is a 3090ti, i9 12900k, and 6000MHz DDR5 RAM. Needless to say, my rig produces a TON of heat. Originally, I purchased 3 120mm High Speed Silent Wings 3 fans for intake. They performed OK, but my 3090ti was always idling hot (around 50C) when keeping the Silent Wings at low RPMs for silent operation. The Silent Wings were rather loud and annoying even at just 75% speed (around 1650rpm for that fan, to be fair). I replaced them with 3 of these P14s, and they are so much better. My GPU idle temps dropped by 10C while maintaining silent operation, and even at full speed, the noise from these fans is very tolerable. It's a bit unfair to compare a 120mm to a 140mm, as a bigger fan will move more air--full stop. There is a 140mm Silent Wings variant, and I'm sure it's great. It probably performs slightly better than the P14, but I didn't want to shell out nearly $90 for another set of premium fans. The P14 PWM PST gives you everything you need and nothing you don't. It pushes a lot of air at a reasonable noise level, and has a reliable fluid-dynamic bearing (the same type of bearing that Noctua fans costing nearly 3x the price do). In the box, you literally just get the fan itself and a little bag with 4 mounting screws. The fan itself is not particularly interesting or eye-catching. The plastic it's made of feels a bit cheap. But that's OK--it's a fan. You don't need anything else. You slap it in your case and forget about it. It's black, and won't distract from the aesthetics of your build.

The best fan in this budget. Only the noctua fans will perform better but they are twice the price and the performance gain will be tiny. We'll built, and relatively quiet at most speeds.
