first of all, sending the product was very quick in 2 days and had the door of my home, usually arrive by DHL Express 1 day but considering it is free delivery and a more elongated delivery date was excellentThe second point I want to drive, you do not always come largely protected, embalage is very poor, usually come in a box that does not exceed the volume too high container cylinder tubes but these occasions that orders came in excessively large box. ... not complaining container cylinder tubes because it is really tough even to be foldedand most importantly, the tubes are generally very manageable although it is a bit difficult to bend them if they do not have the silicon exact bending of Primochill, try a cord of XSPC the same internal diamentro but I difficult, regarding the scratches that suffers I believe tube is not to pay too much in fact just backlit and closely are notorious, another aspect I want to emphasize is that normally in other brands like XSPC much notice the fingerprints I noticed that with these tubes notIt is that it may not be something really important but to my mind more for aesthetics and care of the tubes

After purchasing Alphacool 13/10mm tubing, I thought I was just terrible at bending PETG tubing.I then looked for new tubing after a few long-sought reviews stated that the Alphacool PETG tubing did not bend well and resulted in bubbles and kinks; exactly what I had issues with. PrimoChill is a company I've had nothing but positive experiences with, so I gave them a shot even after reading reviews that the inner diameter of the tubing was inconsistent and often resulted in the insert getting stuck. Personally, I had no issues with my Bitspower 10mm silicone insert getting stuck in the tube; if it gets stuck you're probably not using enough soapy water. If it stops halfway through the tube, make sure you're rotating the insert and put a small amount of soapy water in the other end.I got all perfect bends on the first try with the PrimoChill PETG tubing; it's most certainly worth the price, especially since you receive a dozen 30" tubes.

They work well, and have been reliable for me, but quality control and consistency could improve. (I have purchased more than 20 of them)The reason it lost a star from my review is because the rubber hose I use when shaping these doesn't fit in ~15-20% of these tubes. Every 4 tubes or so seems to have one thats just ever so slightly smaller inner diameter than their (almost) identical brothers.Because of their cost and otherwise a great product, I had no problems buying a bunch more to solve my issue.

Very rigid tubes but very easy to bend and cut when done right. I got the clear ones and is nice for those builds with dye colored water added into your custom loop.

The only thing I don't like about this PETG tubing is how easy it is to scratch.I use Primochill's revolver fittings and the slightest touch from the compressor leaves markings and scratches on the tubing. That is the only caveat.Otherwise, it works great and bending was a breeze. Just be sure to use a round object to make your 90 degree bends and a wired hanger to measure/size what you need before bending.

Easy to work with with the right tools (XSPC PETG Easy Cut & Bend Toolkit). Much better than acrylic for bending and strength. Get about twice what you intend to use as you will need more than you think given any errors and trimming. Make sure you use PrimoChill fittings or you may have issues, as different brand sizes vary somewhat.It was shipped in a hard tube, with each pair individually wrapped, and zero damage or scuffing.

Would be 5 star but inconsistent manufacturing continues to be an issue with this product line. Using the same tube bending insert with all 12 pieces of tubing it will only fit inside 8 of them. Meaning that 4 of these are unusable to me without ordering multiple silicone inserts (which I have 2 of already) clearly the manufacturing QA process is flawed. The tube bends well and is easy to work with if you get a piece that is sized correctly.

I have used this in all my hardline builds. It bends great has good clarity and is in expensive. Which if your bending is great because you'll never get every tube perfect so there will be waste
