Slim Jim Monster Meat Sticks, Habanero, Packed with Protein, 1.94 oz, 18 ct

I accidentally was introduced to these things when I bought a box at a flea market from a seller that buys merchandise from insurance companies who sell wrecked tractor trailer loads. Holy cow, I was hooked immediately. One of the things the seller asked me as an honest and caring seller, "are these appropriate for children? Are they that hot?" My advise was not to sell for children. I told him that I love HOT items and these were fairly hot in my opinion. If you ask most people I know, when I say fairly hot, most folks would say HOLY MOLY HOT! But, these things are incredibly tasty and if you like the heat, you will absolutely love these things! I am not a drug addict, but if I were, these would be my drug!!!

These larger (almost 2 ounces) sticks are quite good and maybe, almost, enough to eat just one. These are pretty zippy but won't leave you running for milk or bread. You can also find them on sale sometimes - more's the better.Recommended.

I thought this was a great deal when I ordered it. Turns out it it is one 18 count box. I don't know how 18 sticks counts as a pack of 6. Have you ever seen one pack of 3 sticks?On a side note, the box I received was partly open and there were only 17 sticks inside. At some point before packing, someone stole one.

Ordered these cause I love slim jims and I love heat or hot and spicy food.. they advertised them as Sim Jim DARE monster stick but the box that came only says Habanero flavor.. idk. They have a tiny kick but nothing HOT enough that you have to run for water. Doesn't bother me I still like them. Would recommend.

I eat hot and spicy! My wife (from Burma) eats and makes food spicy, tasty and did I say spicy. These have great taste and give me forehead sweat every time. Love them!

These are great until you get some mystery meat or bits of bone, or something very hard that go "crunch" when you are chewing on them.

So good! I love spicy food and this doesn't disappoint.

This was probably due to unrealistic expectations on my part. I have never ordered food to be shipped to me, but thought the risk of it having gone bad was low given the shelf-life of jerky. Long story short, the majority had to be thrown out, I don't know that any of them were good as they were for my son.Don't buy mail-order meat.
