PERFECT for BIG HEAD lengthy TV watching, extremely comfortable on the ears and easy big-button pairing.
Having never used any bluetooth headphones until the last month, I tried a few others before finding this gem:1 "Over the ears", too small on head and ears2. "On the ears" like these but too small headband3. behind the head, too small headband4. buds, 3 brands, all relieving to remove and then all annoying to quickly re-fit after a moment's break to hear my wifeThese Jams fit my 2xl head perfect, the ear foams couldn't be more comfortable, and the power/pairing/phonecall button is huge for clumsy fingers. Best, I can whip them on and off my head in a jiffy. The sound is fine too, if I want better I can listen to my 7 speaker home theater set. If I could tweak the design a bit, I'd say make the Volume buttons bigger, and slightly pad the unpadded headpiece (which can be a DIY) - not enough quibbles to take it down from 5 stars.P.S. kudos to Creative for some extras - the charging cable is long and sturdy, and can be used as an audio port connector on USB but non-bluetooth computers - and the included manual is the only one out of 7 that's easily readable. Why do these companies want to save a nickel on paper and ink and produce unreadable tiny manuals?

Very nice pair of inexpensive bluetooth headphones with admirable sound quality.
After springing about $12 for a set of bluetooth earbuds which I found to have awful sound, were uncomfortable to wear, didn't stay in my ears and were just disappointing, I decided to make a big move up to these headphones. I wasn't pleasantly surprised with them in almost every way. The sound, which would be rightfully dismissed by an audiophile, is more than satisfactory for an this price range. Good clarity, not too heavy on the bass (a plus for the music that I generally listen to) and little in the way of distortion with the volume turned up.They are slightly uncomfortable, but adjusting them properly, I can wear them for extended periods of time with little discomfort. YMMV. Basic set of features for skipping ahead or back tracks, pausing. I had no plans to use them for phone calls, but after the phone rang while listening to music the people I was speaking with said that, although my voice was a bit tinny, it was clear and easy to hear. Nice little unexpected win there. The build quality seems OK. Nothing spectacular. Nothing horrible. Got no idea how well they will fare over time, but at this price, assuming that they don't go south in the first year and a half or so, I'd be happy with them. All in all, great headphones for the price. Nothing really snazzy. Very reasonable sound quality and comfort for the price.

Good Headphones
I categorized the featuresComfort: A+ I have tried other pairs of headphones and I can only wear them for an hour, they grip my head too tight and make my glasses press into my skull. I can wear these all day. They are so light you forget you are wearing them and they grip you head enough to stop them falling off, while still being comfortable. The only thing they lack is padding on the headbandSound B: Sound is definitely not audiophile, but pretty good. The highs sound a little "mechanical" and the bass is weak. Having said that the sound in general is balanced and good to listen to. The stereo separation is great, you can really pick out the instruments.Controls: B: They are easy to turn on and off, and the lights are a big help to know what you are doing. The transport controls work really well. the negative is the volume control, which is small and difficult to find with your fingers.Battery Life A+: They play forever with out charging, and charge really fastRange A: Cuts out after 20 feet or so, the same as most blue-tooth headphonesConstruction A: some people say they feel cheap, but they seem good to me. I think this is a side affect of them being so light.I gave them four starts. To earn the extra star, they would have to pad the headband, relocate the volume controls, and improve the sound a little, Overall I thing they are really good.

Can't hear my obnoxious coworker
These headphones are great! One charge gets me at least 2 days of use. I ordered this pair exclusively for work so that I could drown out my loud talking, never ending conversation, energizer bunny-like, irritating coworker. And these headphones have finally allowed me to get work done without hearing her mind-numbing conversations.

Great headphones at an excellent price!
These Sound Blaster Jams are very light and comfortable enough to wear for long periods of time. I like the foam ear cushions compared to the leathery/vinyl cushions with holes in them...because the foam allows your ears to breathe and they don't make your ears sweaty. These Jams are very clear and have good volume. There is a bass-boost feature that works decently, however they don't have the ridiculous bass that high end headphones have. I consider myself an audiophile, and I enjoy the nice smooth balance from high to mid to low frequencies...so these do the job very well. For me, the sound quality on a 1-10 scale is a solid 8.5. The price is a solid 10...and they are affordable enough to add the 4 year extended protection plan for under $7. I am totally happy with my purchase.

Not bad but replacement pads are very expensive
These aren't bad but they do have a few flaws. On the good side, they are smaller than typical Bluetooth on-ear headphones. They have nice controls on the side including a really nice big Play/Pause button, two handily placed volume controls (which double as track changing controls under certain apps) and they can be used while charging with the included USB cable. They are also a fair price. Sound is decent but the included bass button seems mandatory so Creative should probably have made this the default option (where the button could have been used to reduce bass). Without the bass boost, there is next to no bass so it really is essential. With bass boost enabled though, it's a decent sound with just the right amount of bass.On the bad side, I feel Creative could have made the headphones smaller as they are a bit too big. I wish they were the same size as the Sennheiser PX100 (the original first model, not the second). I think Creative could have achieved this. The ear cups on the Sound Blaster Jam do cover a large area and when placed around the neck, the headphone cups do get in the way quite a lot (mostly because the headphone cups tilt upwards towards the chin). It's also more difficult to look around if you're wearing a hood because the cups are quite large. The ear cups are 57mm and the ear pads are 67mm so you will need 67mm ear pads to replace the included pads when they wear out (which they will). I asked Creative if they can supply me with spare 67mm pads and they said yes - for the massive price of £16 !! That's about half the cost of the headphones !!! And they want payment via bank transfer (always risky) !!!!! Quite incredible. So I would say that you should probably try elsewhere for earpads and maybe try the 70mm pads to see if they fit. Paying £16 for 2 foam pads reminds of those £70 ink cartridges that fit into £35 printers! I asked Creative if 70mm would be ok and they told me that the sizes don't match so I should pay £16 for a genuine pair of foam pads. The microphone isn't very good on these headphones so if you want a good mic I would look elsewhere. There is also considerably delay (half a second or so) when having a phone conversation over Bluetooth which really makes it unusable unless you want to spend all your time saying "Go on, after you!". Neither are important to me as I always use the phone mic and speaker for phone calls. There is no cushion support under the headphone band. It would have been nice to have something there even just a thin layer of material..Battery life is great. Charge time is maybe 1-2 hours and they should last around 10-12 hours so no complaints there. No need to leave them on charge overnight, just give them a quick charge in the morning and it should be enough. It would be nice if there was a Sound Blaster Jam app available for Android. It could maybe allow you to reprogram the buttons or change their sensitivity and show battery status. I couldn't find one though.Disabling Bluetooth disconnects the headphones instantly which is great but enabling Bluetooth is sometimes hit and miss. Sometimes the headphones connect instantly and sometimes... they don't (this is on Android 7). I think this is more of a problem with Bluetooth though. Sometimes I need to hold the button in on the headphones to get them to connect. Other times I need to go into the Bluetooth configuration on my phone and tap the headphones. Honestly, why is it this complicated? Why can't I just press a button on the headphones and it connects instantly every time?Overall, I like these but mostly because there isn't really any alternative for lightweight on-ear headphones with foam pads. I wish Creative would make an even lighter-weight version though (Sound Blaster Jam Portable?) with smaller (and more affordable) cup sizes. I'm sure it could be done. It's also nice to be able to buy something made by Creative once again as I haven't owned anything by Creative since the days when I used to buy Sound Blaster cards for the PC in the 90s. And now in 2018, I have Sound Blaster headphones! Sweet. But if you buy these, you do need to take into account the £16 cost of replacement pads (as they are foam, they are bound to wear out). £16 is a lot of money to spend on pads for a pair of headphones which only cost £33.

Best value buy
I already have excellent hifi phones but wanted a lightweight Bluetooth pair for use with my phone. I have found found creative products excellent in the past and these are no exception. For the money they amazed me. A lead connection would have been nice. For the price I give 5 stars.

Excellent headphones for walking outside
Sound quality is good - excellent for the price. My first choice headphones for walking to work with music or podcasts, as you can still hear traffic, unlike with over-ear or in-ear headphones.

Volume control does not work and power button hard to press.
Sounds and battery life are not bad, but build and quality is worse then i thought. After a month using it sounds button doesn't work and power button rly hard to press. Not worth it for this price sorry.

Extremely poor noise insulation, not very comfortable
Doesn't block out any external sounds so only useful if you're somewhere quiet. Not that comfortable either.
