Desigual Ibiza S Patch Cross Body Bag

This bag has a very cool design, so it is great to look at and I have gotten many compliments already in the one week I have owned it. It is my first Desigual bag and judging from the price, I expected more. The bag arrived with the strap unattached (which is normal) but when I went to attach it to the buckles on the side I found that one of the metal clasps was spread too far apart so it wouldn't close. I have had to fix it several times now, closing it with pliers and it just keeps loosening up and the strap keeps falling off. I'm not putting too much in the bag so I cannot blame it on a heavy load. This bag is very cute but I was hoping for more quality materials. It is also a little smaller than I anticipated and does not have many options for organizing your things within the bag as compared to the other bags this brand has for purchase.
