USA Pan Bakeware Muffin Pan, 12-Well, Aluminized Steel

I’ve owned a lot of bakeware over the years, but this USA Pan muffin pan completely stands out. The construction is seriously impressive — heavy-duty aluminized steel that feels solid and never warps, even after dozens of uses. It heats evenly, so every muffin comes out perfectly golden on the edges and soft in the middle — no more half-baked centers or overdone bottoms. The nonstick coating is a dream. Muffins just slide right out without having to over-oil the cups or use paper liners (though you still can if you want). Cleanup is ridiculously easy — a quick rinse and wipe, and it looks brand new. The ridged surface also helps prevent sticking and gives the muffins that professional, evenly baked look. It’s a little pricier than your average muffin tin, but you can tell the difference in quality from the very first batch. I’ve used it for cupcakes, egg bites, and even mini cheesecakes, and it’s never failed me once. If you love to bake and want a pan that will last for years, this one’s worth every penny. USA Pan makes professional-grade bakeware, and this muffin pan is no exception.

Used for the first time today and I was amazed and awed how easy to use. The muffins slid out without a trace left behind. NO greasing needed!!!! No spraying, no muffin liners, no scrubbing. The best thing since sliced bread.! I wish I knew about these years ago. They are worth every penny!! (and I tend to be a cheapskate!)

Needed to replace my current "non-stick" muffin tin as it wasn't cutting it when baking egg based, savory muffins in it. I own some other bakeware pieces of this brand and have been very happy with them, so got this muffin tin for baking my egg bites and such. Used it this weekend and was extremely impressed with how well it baked (nice even growing) and released my egg bites, absolutely no "stickage' whatsoever. Very easy to handwash, so the fact that it is not recommended to put it in the dishwasher isn't an issue for me. Love that it's made in America and is a family owned business too. As a retired chef, I believe that for the price, quality and longevity this company's bakeware is the best you can buy!

Definitely would buy again! this muffin pan is great to use, no stick, a nice edge for holding on to with a potholder, nicely weighted, but not too heavy and EASY clean up.

I first developed my extreme affection for this brand of cookware when I bought a couple of round pizza pans. They are so amazing that you have to be careful when pulling your pizza out of the oven because the pizza will literally slide right off it, no matter how sticky your homemade crust might have been before you baked it. That's how completely non-stick they are. Slowly but surely, I've been replacing all of my sheet pans with these USA Pans, and now I'm branching out to other bakeware. This cupcake/muffin pan was one of my latest additions. I've had both regular metal and silicone muffin pans, and of the two, I preferred the silicone. However, with a full dozen cupcakes or muffins, that thing was downright floppy, and even though the cupcakes/muffins didn't stick to it as much as they did a metal pan, it was still hard to release them at times. I also hated using liners because they're so hard to peel off baked goods at times. I made a batch of muffins with this pan yesterday and couldn't be happier with my decision to buy this. I didn't grease the pan at all, just poured the batter straight in without liners. Once the muffins had cooled, I nudged them a little bit and they came right out of the pan with nothing more than a couple of crumbs left behind. I had twelve perfectly baked, gorgeous muffins without any fighting with the pan. Cleaning these is such a snap too. Even if residue sticks to them, all you need to do is gently run a wet sponge or dishcloth over them and whatever is on them comes right off. I haven't used this pan yet to make blueberry muffins, but I've roasted berries on my USA Pan jellyroll pan and even the caramelized juice comes right off just by wiping the pan. As if the ease of use isn't enough of a sales point, these are by far the sturdiest pans I've ever owned. They are a little heavier than typical pans, but they don't warp like other, flimsier pans I've owned. They're extremely well constructed, and as soon as you pull them from the box, you'll be struck by the quality. The only downside to these is that you can't use metal implements with them because you risk scratching the coating, and they do have to be hand-washed. I prefer all of my cookware to be dishwasher safe, but for these I'm willing to deal with hand-washing. The thing is, I'm not even a baker. I don't typically rave about pans, but I've told everyone I know about these. Between the non-stick surface, the easy of cleanup, the sturdiness, and the fact that they're made in the U.S., they're pretty much perfect. I now own a total of eight USA Pans with plans to purchase more. Every time I buy one, I immediately want to order another to replace another piece of my old, inferior bakeware.

I’ve always used stainless steel pans but decided to invest in these as aluminum retains its heat better and bakes make evenly. I was not disappointed. One may think these are overpriced for some muffins pans, but they’re well worth their price. My muffin game has levels up since switching to these. They’re just very well made, sturdy/thick, and just no comparison to cheap stainless steel ones. They also wipe out very easily making them super easy to clean.

This is the BEST muffin tin I have ever used/owned in my 45+ years of baking. Great quality, heavy duty, silicone coating in cups makes for easy removal and cleanup.

A great product and speedy delivery

4 stars as found these things to be quite expensive. If someone isn't careful and scratches the finish (which would ruin them), that would make these too expensive to give to someone who is not careful enough with their belongings. They seem to be very good quality which speaks to the more expensive than others reaction.... this being said, not all expensive things are worth it but these seem to be... at least for now :)

These days, one can’t find deep muffin pans in the market easily. The USA Pan sticks to the old traditional size. No need to grease nor line. Muffins come out like easily. Would not buy other brands they are all SHALLOW CUPCAKE size!
