In the world of probiotics, there are a lot of unknowns since the gut is colonized with thousands of microbes, and most probiotics only contain a select few species. How do we know which are the best ones to consume as a dietary supplement? I surely don't know the answer to that which is why I chose Natren as my source of probiotics. They have done decades of research on probiotics and have selected the best based on their data. By keeping each bacteria in a separate jar, they are preventing the bacteria from competing with one another, and the powdered form allows the gut to be more easily colonized by them. I started taking these probiotics after contracting a bacterial GI illness called C. diff. Although I can't vouch as to whether the probiotics have made a difference (I'm also on other treatments), I can say they haven't made anything worse! I take 1/2 tsp daily of each powdered probiotic mixed in a nutritious shake for reference. Also, as a side note, the shipment came in very quickly and was packed in gel ice packs. This was my second purchase of this product, and I will be purchasing again when I run out!

I was having problems with my gut health and read online that Natren had the best and most reliable probiotics. I am still on my first bottle of the system and am taking a pinch in water before bed. I haven't gotten sick like I was before starting these, but I did change my diet and stop coffee among other supplements I began taken. However, I do believe this product is part of why I am feeling much better and starting to build up my gut microbiome.

This product was shipped with an ice pack, but it was completely melted and warm. I asked for a replacement and had the same problem the second time. I eventually got a refund. The customer service was great, but the product was useless by the time I got it. It says right on it that it needs to stay refrigerated.

This product needs to be refrigerated. It was packed with a plastic sack of coolant get, but by the time it arrived the coolant gel was hot.

It helps the foods pass thru a lot easier when I have it on hand. But when things runs out, constipation is not easy for a senior. So I eat it and feels better. Thanks guys, keep up the good service.

It worked, but since I had to take it 2-3 times daily, it was to expensive for my pocketbook. I had to find something else.

Came extremely hot, with no cooling protection. This product must be kept in the fridge. With delivery like this is damaged and not effective.
