Perfect tool
This is soft and flexible, but keeps enough form to gently smooth away slip and create a nice surface. I prefer it over a metal rib now.

This is on the stiff side, I use the flat end to compress plates and the curve for wide bowls.

My FAV throwing tool
Nice and firm, fits perfectly in my hand. This is my second one. Lasts forever — I somehow lost or misplaced my first one.I tried a similar item from another brand — it was fine but somehow this just worked and felt better. I think it’s the long even edge

Excellent tool
This rib always makes getting to the very bottom of your thrown pieces easy. Good for the beginner. Has a good hand feel and easy to hold.

I ordered the size 0 but received size 1.
Received the wrong size. I had also ordered the size 1 so instead of receiving the size 0 and size 1 I received 2 size 1s. Nonetheless, these are the best ribs ever. I have tried so many but the mudtool ones are the. Best.
