All you need for Sinus pain relief!
These are great - I have taken two today and already feel a lot better! Great for congestion and reduces sinus pain and helps clear up a chesty cough. Easy to swallow and works fast!

Didn't work and got a headache, and I know why
phenylephrine, which is supposed to be a decongestant, is not proven to be effective when swallowed. if delivered another way, such as a spray, it works. if you got a headache after ingesting this, as I did, it's because the meds constricted blood vessels in your head, and the amount of paracetamol was insufficient for pain relief. of course, you cannot take more because the caution says not to. guaifenesin thins phlegm and mucus but does not eliminate it, so you may still experience runny nose, etc. i took three doses, nothing improved, so i discontinued, bought a lovely box of super soft balsam aloe tissues, and used honey and lemon, cough drops and nasal spray. i'm grateful to amazon for delivering to my home because i couldn't be bothered to visit multiple drugstores and supermarkets that were sold out while feeling horrible.
