This is one of many similar types of supplements offered, but I have had good luck with this. It works best if taken daily instead of when you think you need to focus. I really noticed it over Christmas break when I went 9 days without it. I was not as sharp during family boardgame time as I have been used to... For names especially.. I went from a tick delay without, to immediately remembering names with. Your mileage may vary of course.

I've been taking for three, no wait, uhmmm, two weeks, no, months. Fantastic little pill. Since buying this TV my living room experience has improved immensely. The only problem, I can never remember where I last left the Neutrogena. But, my hair is definitely softer. So, after a month, I definitely noticed a remarkable improvement in memory. I take this twice a day with extra vitamins. I can't really remember when I last took it though? Last time i found the bottle in my shower. My shampoo was on my vitamin shelf! Crazy, I know.
