Q: Can this be put between a cabinet and a refrigerator side panel?

Thanks for your interest in our products. Yes as long as you have the required 6” opening and the screws must be attached to the cabinet side and not the panel. However, the filler must be installed before the panel is installed. Won’t be able to screw in if panel is already up.

Q: Can this be installed between the wall and a cabinet?

Yes it can! It is a wholly-contained unit, the pull-out shelf within a solid wood frame. If you can solidly attach the frame to your cabinet, it should float next to the wall just fine.

Q: Can you stack one on top of another? I need full height at 84 but unit is only 42inches

Yes, you can stack these, but again this is a filler and not a cabinet insert. Fillers mount to the outside of a cabinet. So if you have 84" of space you can mount these to the adjacent cabinet and then supply your own door front.
