I am a huge fan of holistic healing but I'm not a hippy or a crazy all-natural person. Just a mom who tries her best to instill healthy habits on the people she cares about.I heard about this product on dr.oz or some random website, I can't remember and just remember it was good for inflammation... finally found it at a local health food store. Never had use for it until my mother in law was complaining about a cist-like bump on the palm of her hand near a surgery site for carpel tunnel. Told her to give it a try and she applied 3x's a day for less than a week and it disappeard. She bought her own bottle.Our niece came over and she has a weird dry patch/rash/cut in the crease of her ear and she's had it for a while. Overnight, it got better after application.The hubby had a crazy ingrown hair on his leg, super underground hair that couldn't come out but a huge inflamed bump. We squeezed out some gross liquid and emu oiled it up and the lump went down over night. The ball of stuff that we felt went away 2 days later...Mom complained about a chronic sciatica pain and she rubbed it on, in the morning she said she hasn't slept so good in months and her pain was gone. She had some residuals left on her had and rubbed it on our shitzu's eyes (massive bad eye boogers, cleaning 3x's a day) and it has significantly improved his eyes. She ordered her own bottle.I have the worst pillow issues that cause tension headaches stemming from my neck and the pain is gone in the morning and my headaches lessen in a few hours while trying to sleep...My daughter cut the side of her eye with a toy and it healed up super quick, very light pink scar. I still apply it in hopes that it will make the scar go away, it's barely noticeable but I'm paranoid like that...Google the uses for it and it really is a cure-all for a ton of things. I should sell this stuff, I've told so many people about it. Do yourself a favor and order the 4oz bottle. I also ordered small 2oz plastic containers so I could share it with my family. I'm not making this up, with all the crazy health things that we get, its a cure-all!! it's like the windex in the movie "my big fat Greek wedding" LOL!!***UPDATE 8.28.18***I'm now on my 3rd, maybe 4th bottle now. I continue to share this little gem whenever someone mentions an itchy spot, sore/chronic pain or scaring. I've even added it to my face regiment (why the heck not?!) of essential oils and some serums at night.My step-mother-in-law purchased her own bottle because she used some of mine while visiting to apply on the scarring on her face from skin cancer removal spots near her eye/nose. The discoloration and pinkness went away after a few days and she was sold!We visited my Aunty in Seattle and she was complaining of back pain, out came the blue bottle that I let her have! She texting after we left that her back pain was gone!After many uses and referring this product to family I've learned a few things... for chronic pain, application 3-4 x/s daily is ideal. Once you stop, the pain will come back. For muscle pain or random pains that come out of nowhere, 2x/s daily for about 3 days should do the trick! By calling it "oil" is a little misleading because it goes on with an oily feeling but once rubbed in it dries and doesn't leave an oily feel.For more stubborn pains, I would recommending using Caster Oil together with Emu Oil. Both have anti inflammatory properties that will really help! There are a lot of commercial pain lotions that are popping up that claim to help with muscle pains and if you peek at the ingredients, I'm pretty sure you'll see Emu Oil listed... so why not skip the unnecessary chemical ingredients and just go straight to the source?!

My doctor recommended this oil for very dry skin and sore muscles. It is smooth and light feeling that absorbs quickly.

I would give this a thousand stars!!! My mega picky acne prone skin adores this stuff!!! It leaves your face buttery soft, absorbs quickly so it's not oily feeling, and I never break out. It feels so luxurious and creamy applying it. If you are on the fence, buy this immediately, and thank me later!!! (oh, and I was not paid to give this review, I bought this stuff with my own money)

Use after shower help skin feel good all day

I have tried and tested many different brands of Emu Oil, ranging from the dirt cheap to uber expensive. Expensive for the sake of being expensive and attempting to create an ethos of exclusivity higher standards by saying it does this or that, is mixed with the latest "magic snake oil" as seen on insert popular at the moment talk show hosts name here. Is collected from emus who are raised on a private tropical island, given hot stone massages and sung lullabies by world renown philharmonic tenors nightly type deal, you get the drift. Fact is so long as its Pure Emu oil with no extra additives and is 99.999% pure (the other fraction of % usually being naturally occurring tocopherols that preserve the oil), it's all the same. With that being said....Progressive Emu PRO EMU OIL (4 oz) Pure All Natural Emu Oil - AEA Certified - Made In USA - Best All Natural Oil for Face, Skin, Hair and Nails. Excellent for Dry Skin, Burns, Sunburns, Scars, Muscles and Joints is awesome! Its high quality pure Emu Oil minus all the advertising hype fake claims and is at a very reasonable price point, most likely because private tropical islands and world renown philharmonic tenors or costly ;). In all seriousness this is a wonderful product at a great price. Its an American made and refined product and is AEA (American Emu Association) Certified.Its benefits.... if your checking into Emu Oil then I suppose you have already read some literature on its benefits for whatever you're seeking it to help you with. There is a ton of information around the web on it. I will say this it works! Whether you use it for hair loss to treat burns scars or just as a moisturizer to help with lines and wrinkles. The extent it will help you individually ....I can't say everyone biological makeup and reaction to anything is different. I wouldn't go into it expecting overnight miracles, but will say pound for pound it's the best bang for your buck. Again read up on the science behind.... it how it works.... and its benefits. It's AMAZING for your hair and skin in all regards. In fact those flamboyant "miracle skin doctors" and " skin consultants to the rich and famous" you know the ones who have late night infomercials, 5 year waiting lists, reality tv shows, commercials, and pull up to a celebrity's home in a new Rolls Royce, then give them a secret facial treatment "serum" for $5,000 a pop? They all have one thing in common they use emu oil and know its benefits. The difference is they use hype paid celebrity endorsements and smoke and mirrors. They prey upon people's gullibility and willingness to part with their money for pipe dreams and put the same oil offered here in a solid gold bottle and charge you incredulous amounts of money. I guess everyone has to make a living somehow right ?BOTTOM LINE: Get it!!! It's a great product from a company that stands behind it, and is committed to quality and above board practices. At a great price! Don't overpay for marketing spins shiny artisan bottles and claims of grandeur .
