Scott and his team hold nothing back so i bought all gis books. There are things here u only see in seminars or things coachs wont teach bec/ they dont know it them selvs.

The best way to learn how to put someone to sleep...read this book
An excellent book on the technique and science of putting an opponent to sleep. Whether you want to do it with a gi (jacket, collar, etc) or no gi (shirt, bare chest, etc) this book has you covered. Very comprehensive and highly informative.
