Decent product, used to make cardamom cookies

Not just for baking cookies
You just can't beat the classics. I tend to use it in conjunction with a hybrid silicone/water based lube.It gets the job done and lasts for ages.

Great for vegan baking
Ideal for frosted icing on vegan cakes. Vegan butter alone won’t stiffen the icing. Hard to find in uk. I now buy the multi pack offers on amazon as it works out much much cheaper - frosted/fudge icing uses about half the tin. They always come with a long shelf life. Happy baking

Odourless, colourless when melted and flavourless. Absolutely perfect for seasoning cast iron cooking pans.
