Does the cardiochek home basic analyzer $85 can be used with cardiochek cholesterol refill kit again and again? thanks

This item is just the CardioChek analyzer. The CardioChek PTS Panels test strips are not included & are sold seperately. The CardioChek analyzer can be reused, you just need to purchase more test strips. We do not recommend purchasing a large number of strips as the expiration dating is usually anywhere between 9-12 months. If you do not use all of the strips up before they expire, then you have to throw the strips away & buy new. Thank you

Will this test, glucose, ketones, and cholestrol?

This item is only the CardioChek cholesterol home analyzer. The test strips & testing supplies (lancets & capillary tubes) are sold seperately & are not included with the analyzer. The test strips that are available to use on this analyzer are for Total Cholesterol, HDL Cholesterol, Triglycerides or Glucose. Ketone strips were discontinued by the manufacturer a few years back. For each test strip type that you want to run, you need a seperate test strips, seperate finger stick & seperate 15ul capillary tube amount of blood to get an accurate reading.

Will you know test results in 3 minutes?

This item is only for the CardioChek cholesterol analyzer. The test strips & testing supplies are not included & are sold seperately. You need to do 3 seperate test strips, 3 seperate finger sticks & 3 seperate 15ul capillary blood collection tubes if you are doing the 3 different test strips (Total Chol, HDL Chol or Triglyceride). Once you get the blood measured & onto the test strip, while it is in the analyzer, you will get the results in 3-5 minutes per test. Thank you
