I bought this some time ago for cycling. The bottles are well made, I have had several and they last a long time. I like the taste of the hydration tabs and the small tube they come in is perfect to go in a small saddle bag. Competitvely priced so a good deal!

Tried this a few times now, the taste is very bland mixed with the recommended 750ml but gets much better at 600ml. I now have it at 500ml and it's spot on for me. The bottle is good and strong however the pull up drinking spout does not stay open meaning it has to be bitten to drink out of (may be a defect with mine) however its more for the hydration which it certainly does and I don't cramp up half as much as I do just drinking water etc and recovery is much quicker too. Would recommend

It has a wide neck for easy filly. Good quality plastic, not tge flimsy kind. The pull up mouthpiece works whell and is easy to drink from. The bonus of getting 10 tablets too. I purchased another gor my nephew who is into fitness and running. No reported issues.

Beaker is a great size and hold's plenty liquid for a long ride. Berry tablets taste quite nice not a strong flavour. Only niggle is sometimes the water spout can be difficult to lift up one handed when riding. Other than that, it does what it says on the tin!

Other brands are really expensive i fast. I don’t drink enough. I need the energy. The fact that they forgot to include the bottle doesn’t put me off but will write to them. I Just forgot. It doesn’t seem to take me out of ketosis either. The reason I started IF intermittent fasting then eventually fasting was for my health. I’m down 10 sizes. I use this was the gruelling walk to the shops thsts 90 mins away. Theirs 2 buses a hour but there’s no gym here. I walk now, these help unless I’m going into the big city that’s 17 miles away. I’m definitely buying again.
