Q: Does the neck pickup has 3 wires? Why?

I believe it does it's been a while since I installed them you just run the 3rd wire to ground to ground out the cover although I have heard of the ability to run alternate wiring options.

Q: Lots of people say the neck is strat-like. But does it still sound like a tele? I already have a strat.

Mine does. My guitar was a week old when I added these. Sounds great. FYI - extra wire on neck pickup is a ground (2 grounds 1 hot)

Q: Is the bridge pickup the broadcaster on this pack?

No, it's a Twisted Tele bridge pickup. It's hotter than a Broadcaster and has staggered pole pieces. We don't currently sell a Broadcaster pickup.

Q: which ones for an authentic Thinline sound?

first find a authentic 1972 thinline then remove the pups. you have reached your destination, ding!
