Laptop Notebook Charger for PA3E DELL LA90PE1-01 90W Adapter Power Supply (Power Cord Included)

Bought this for my aging Dell Studio 17 P02E laptop (not sure about the P02E numbers). Before I bought this product I had a message come up on the bottom right tool bar stating my battery was needing replacement. I bought this power supply cord (looks like it has a battery in the middle) because my internal battery wasn't charging up anymore. I still need to replace my internal laptop battery however I can use my laptop again! Works great no problems!

Replacement for our 2009 Dell Latitude laptop power cord.Our unit would no longer charge, and the system would not boot. After trying the trick to dispell static (removing the battery, unplug cord from laptop and hold down power button for 10 seconds), remembered when this happened 5 years ago. At the time, Dell replaced the battery and the power cord. Problem solved, system booted and everything charged again.So, we repeated that. New battery and new cord. Problem solved.Cord works great. And truly beats $100/hour for a Tech to tell me I needed to replace them...

This is the original OEM charger for your Dell Laptop 6400 series. Do not buy a cheap substitute as your laptop will know and not charge your battery property. My old broken charger would run the computer fine but because of a broken wire in strain relief of the cable it stopped detecting my battery and wouldn't charge it. I got this Dell OEM replacement from Amazon at a very reasonable price and now everything now works as it should.

The cord that is close to the laptop end is broken with the wires exposed.

Am using this laptop charger right now, and it works great! My other charger gave up the ghost, so found this affordable one at Amazon. So far, it's working fine. Am happy with it.

Glad we tried this replacement charger instead of scrapping the whole laptop! Quick and easy to plug in and works like the original that came with the laptop. Back in business and get to delay the purchase of a new laptop just a little longer.
