I had to write a review as someone who has also tried this product while nursing and I did not have good results. Milk supply went down (B6 is known to lower milk supply)...Actually...my milk became non-existent for almost 8 hours. I took one pill at night with food...The next morning my husband commented how nice and calm I was, so naturally, I wanted to take another one...and shouldn't have done it..Also need to note that Valerian Root has addictive properties and it isn't recommended one should take it for more than 10 consecutive days. So with that being said, this product is best on as needed basis and if you are nursing, then keep it to one pill.

The product is good, and I am getting too many of them in my stock, so I must hold it until I shall run my stock out first. Your subscribe-and-save request did not honor my choices very well. EJA
