Q: woofers etc or Mobile SoundWorks, which is a better for getting the real deal on these hertz speakers, or both retailers good on amazon?

I've had good experiences with Woofers Etc. Fast shipping and good communication.

They are not fake as far as i know. i got them from a retail store. The box looks legit and the speakers seem like the real deal. let me know if you want pictures of the box/speakers.

Q: Will these fit in a new body style Dodge Ram? 2017 replacing factory 6x9s???

Yes they do fit the place of the factory 6x9 speakers with the spacers.

Q: Ok i want these!! thing is budget... i have a hertz 4 channel hcp 4d. will 85 watts per channel be underpowering these badboys??

They can handle serious wattage. I mean I'm pushing 100w a channel. They sound amazing. I think they can handle 150 per channel. Buy them best speakers I ever owned. I had Alpine type R before. They sound like trash next to these.
