Absolutely fabulous
My friend broke her wrist 5 days prior to a beach vacation. She was wrapped in gauze and an ace bandage due to surgery. This was able to stretch around the thick ace bandage and go up her arm. Her arms are short and a bit wide at the top. The regular adult size was tight but kept all water out as she floated in the ocean. As instructed we kept on 30 - 40 mins then removed. Replace when it was time to get back in the water. She did not get the sense of being too hot on that arm while in the water.

Lake floating no leaking.
Used for lake floating. No leaking. Fits tight. Did make hubby’s arm sweat so maybe wrap some gauze to catch that.

Terrible product
The item torn apart the first time we used it .. unfortunately, we bought it for a holiday and when we went on holiday, it didn’t work. It just tore apart and now it can’t be returned. Terrible product. I gave it one star because you have to give it a star

Tight fit
Ordered the only adult size offered, fits a little to snuggly, but does keep the water out, has not fully submerged it yet, but so far so good! Very hard to get on without fear of ripping stitches, does not have a cast on, soft splints and ace wrap from fingertips to armpit. Found it easier to almost turn inside out, put in hand and gently pull it up. It sure does beat a trash bag and a roll of clung wrap. I did wrap it with clung wrap before putting it on as someone else suggested!

Tears easily
The full sleeve works well, but the tight upper portion which you pull into place tears easily.I have no fingernails to puncture it. As you can see from the picture, I patched one tear and then another appeared. Even though the tear is small and at he top of the arm, it lets water in.I'm going to try one more.

I wasn’t sure if this was even gonna work for the recent vacations but gotta admit that it works perfectly fine. Was able to enjoy vacations
