Very high quality product
The quality is very high. They do require to be broken in a bit as the elastic doesn’t have much give. However, after 5-10 uses they allow a lot more movement.They do not move as you are working out, which I have had issues with other resistance bands. The material feels nice in the skin.The 3 levels are also good step ups from each other to allow smooth progression. Overall, they are definitely worth the money and have made my workouts way easy and more enjoyable.

Arrived on time. Purchased to exercise outwith gym. Good quality. 3 strengths light medium heavy. Unexpectedly, they came with net storage bag, small booklet of variable exercise and care instructions for washing etc. worth the money if considering.
