They hold alot of urine. 2× during the night and no leaking. Great fit and comfortable. No problem with skin irritation.

High quality. Better fit than most other products; however, they could have a longer rise from crotch to the waist band in the back.

My mother in law loves these. She’s elderly and had a stroke so she’s living with us and even though they are a bit spendy they are worth the extra money. The material is very breathable and not plastic which is very nice. They cover more than the name brand briefs and can absorb a lot more liquid. The only issue I have with ordering this product (because I can’t find them in the stores in my area) is the shipping. I wish they would ship in their original box and not put it in another large box.

My 82 year old mom has mobility issues and irritable bowel syndrome - not a good combination! She sometimes struggles to get to the bathroom on time. We have tried MANY different incontinence products & she said these are the Most Comfortable & Most Effective in containing her issues.

LivDry doesnt always keep the wet in! I believe the legs are too open to keep wet from escaping,and both legs don’t appear to be the same size. The long center pad scrunches up to cause front bulk instead of a smooth front: while it’s a struggle to get the back to pull up and fit well. I thought I had found a right panty for me, but continued use revealed a few problems. The ruffles on each side are not the same either and don’t do an adequate job of stopping leakage.
