I bought this system for my barn. I have wifi from my house about 500 feet from the barn. The system is attached to my home wifi and works very well. There are no delays in viewing all the cameras and the DVR keeps track of the events that occur around the barn. I have another system made by this manufacturer for my house and I can view both cameras sytems on my iPhone app. The cameras are very clear and I am very pleased with the system. Setup was simple and straight forward and I have zero connectivity issues.

I am completely satisfied and impressed with the video quality and functioning of the eight surveillance camera system. It has more features than described in the Amazon description of the product. Customer service is personal, complete and the follow up impressive. The system has the option of adding an additional eight cameras for a total of sixteen. Night vision is impressive; ease of installation is simple with easy to follow instructions. I feel confident in the security of the system protocols and integrity. When compared with similar surveillance systems, Hiseeu came out first each time.

I just updated my big box home video security system with the Hiseeu W-NVR 8 camera product. What an improvement. I struggled with dropped connections, constant rebooting the cameras and ongoing tweaking with my old system. Good Riddance!!! The installation of the Hiseeu went smoothly with the cameras easily communicating with the DVR and the phone app. My house is a 1937 brick, with an early version of thick, covered in concrete, 2 by 8 foot “plasterboard.” I do have some issues with WIFI distance because of the house structure but all the cameras connected, even from areas away from the house. The installation with my home WIFI was a breeze. I will add the Hiseeu range extender to boost the signal of 2 cameras. Those 2 cameras are outside and farthest away from the router-but they did connect with a HD image. The technical support is very good with quick email responses to questions. The phone app was easy to use and configure. The video can be standard definition or high definition by choice. I added micro-SD cards to each camera so I can see an immediate playback from my phone. My last issue is to get the email notifications configured although I may not use that part of the system. The cameras work wirelessly but do need to be connected to power. Twelve-volt transformers are part of the system. The photos are taken at 11 pm--great image quality. Again, I am very happy with this CCTV kit.

I read through the reviews and still decided to take the chance. The overall rating was very high, although there was some very concerning ones in there that were 1 star. The first thing I noticed was the NVR sounded like something was loose. I looked closer at the front left side of the NVR. It looked all scratched up and used. It did not have a new appearance. The right side had the plastic on it covering the firstrend logo and power/record indicators. It was peeled off at the edges too. It did not have a new look. This started to make me a little sketchy. Mouse and mouse pad were new. Instruction booklet looked used. Sucked like everyone said. One of the camera power cords was zip tied from being repackaged. I went to hook up the VGA cable, and one of the bolts on the back of the NVR for it was loose. While inspecting the NVR a little closer I realized that 2 of the bolts for the hard drive were not even tightened down. You could see the excess threads protruding down through the bottom of the NVR. That was the sound of something loose I heard when I removed it from the box. To top everything off, when I set up the system online with Denale, It synced the NVR to someone else’s email. Why you may ask? Because it was already sold and returned. I spent $629 for the 1080p 8 camera setup. I almost forgot to mention that the power and record lights would not even light up on the NVR.I wanted a brand new system. They seem to take returns and cobble together systems to resell. They get thrown in the mix. They obviously sell new systems and they are good. They tried to pass the buck on me. Buyers beware

This is my 3rd system and it far outshines the previous two of different brands. Everything worked straight out of the box. I plugged all the cameras in and viewed them on the screen so I could number them for positioning outside. Transferred them to their allocated area and we were up and running. The app is also very easy and I have it on both my phone and tablet. This was perfect as I could check on things while we were on vacation. Two thumbs up and five stars!

Have had it about a week.When I set it up I had an issue with the hard drive not being recognized so I contacted the customer support. There is a specific power adapter for the hard drive (2amp vs 1amp) which I didn't realize. They all looked quite similar. That was the only hitch in the set up. Which really isn't on them, and they helped me figure it outThe hard drive hums and is a bit loud, but we have it in a separate room so we don't hear it.It's been easy enough to navigate the app and we have had any issues so far. Hopefully it continues!It's a good system and I am happy with it so far!

These camera systems are absolutely great. This is my 3rd system from Hiseeu! The first was for my home. I had it several years with no issues. I wanted to upgrade with a larger NVR and more cameras. I did not even research other brands since this was so good. I replaced it with a newer system from Hiseeu. I also have a system at my shop/office for recording. Both are viewable in the same app. I’ve added various cameras with the PTZ option. I recommend these systems to anyone that asks. Easy setup and easy customer service. I did have to contact customer support when I was adding one my additional cameras. They walked me through my issue quickly. I did have one camera go bad and they replaced it promptly. One bad camera from 3 different systems and a total of 16 cameras isn’t bad at all.
