My hairdresser recommended this as an alternative to the oils I have been using on my shoulder length hair. I was doubtful at first but decided to go ahead and order. I'm so glad I did as it works brilliantly. My hair is no longer flyaway but stays smooth even after I did not wash it for nearly a week. I'm so pleased with it. Another benefit is that, unlike oil, it does not make my hair look darker than it is.
