The map is really pretty - colors look a little brighter in person than on this picture, but it still looks antique, but it's a present-day accurate map. Shipped within 2 days of ordering, and the packaging was hard cardboard, so it was not damaged whatsoever in transit. Just a small tip for anyone planning to make their own corkboard travel map with this map - I went by a blogger's suggestion to mod podge this map to a corkboard to create a framed travel tack board, but this map freaked out when I used the mod podge to secure it to the corkboard. It bubbled, wrinkled and did not turn out AT ALL. I should have used spray adhesive instead, and will do that with the replacement I'm ordering today because this makes a great decorator statement piece! It does have a glossy finish, but I went over the top of the map with matte finish mod podge, and that took out the shine and made it look more high-class... except for the bubbling and wrinkling :)

Beware: Some reviews are saying the poster is different than the pictures. If you look at the pictures, there are 2 maps. If you buy the map by itself, you get one poster, but if you buy the map and frame combo, the map is different. I purchased the map itself and am very happy with it! Does look kind of cheap, but with Mod Podge over top, it gives it a rustic/real look and feel. It does look slightly more orange or "burnt orange" than the picture, but I still like it! I purchased this as part of a craft idea. I took the poster, used Mod Podge to glue it to a 36x24 piece of cork-board, painted Mod Podge over the poster, and then placed it in a picture frame. Overall, I am very happy with it and would definitely purchase it again.

I had read reviews about this map being delivered damaged and dented, but decided to take a gamble with it anyway. Unfortunately, the map I received had several noticeable dents at the bottom of it, some of which damaged the picture of the map as well. Overall though, the map is made of good quality, glossy material and has a great aesthetic. For such a cheap price, I am not picky about the minor dents.

Beautiful, thick paper and an exceptional value. I would buy it again or gift it I framed it though there may be an option? to purchase a frame along with the map.

I bought this map for a kids school project but it was so beautiful and high quality that I ended up displaying it in my library. I used antique frames from a damaged painting I bought at an antique store. The golden washed finish gives it a wonderful look of ageing. I get asked where I got the vintage map in my office all the time. People don't realize is actually brand new till they get up close. I am very happy I ordered this map!

I'm a little disppointed in this poster its is high gloss and not what quite what I was looking for. The graphics are attractive but the gloss make it very reflective and overall make it detract from its attractiveness. I was hoping to do some wall art with this but it will have to wait for something else.

I have to say I was in total shock when I received this map. I ordered it for a project, it was inexpensive, so it was a perfect deal. If I messed up no big loss...right? When I unpacked it, I was amazed at the quality of this map. Nice thick paper...old age look....perfect! This is perfect for framing just the way it comes. You won't be disappointed.

Ein normales Poster, sieht sehr schön aus und wenn was mit edding drauf geschrieben wird, hält das auch super! Bin sehr zufrieden! Kurze Anregung an den Verkäufer, mit Bilderrahmen anbieten würde sich lohnen! Hätte es gern mit Rahmen verschenkt

Dopo aver fatto lunghe ricerche, mi sono imbattuto in questo. Ho visto che è un prodotto Plus, ma siccome dovevo comprare altre robe, la soglia dei 20 euro la superavo. A 4.95 euro li vale tutti. E' un prezzo onestissimo. Smanettando un po' tra i vari venditori, la stessa stampa viene venduta in Prime tra i 13-18 euro. Ovviamente per questa cifra lo sconsiglio. Comunque prodotto ottimo, integro e bello da vedere. Fa un ottima figura. Non consiglio di affissarlo così, ma consiglio di prendere un sostegno in sughero. Con le stesse misure dovreste trovarlo sui 13 euro.

This is a great product, absolute bargain. Only bought to use for a wedding table plan but I think I'll keep it and hang it on the wall. It's slightly bigger than A2 and honestly for the price I'm not really sure what people are expecting - the cost of paper alone is almost as much as the actual product. Its got a nice finish too. This has surpassed expectations, great value. Thanks so much for a great product!
