I have a cake business and it's important for me to have faith in my products. I find these chocolate flakes ideal for covering the sides of my gateaux, I apply them using a palette knife (hold the knife against the sides at an angle, pour some flakes onto the blade and press onto the cake) and find one little tub goes round an 8" cake easily. I have used on several cakes now and will continue to do so.
