Nice treat for my Koi!
My koi have a regular daily diet of Blackwater Golden Pro pellets, along with some freeze-dried krill, both of which float on the pond surface. For an occasional treat and to keep their tiny brains amused, I throw in a handful or two of these sinking pellets every once in a while. The koi love 'em!

Goldfish approved!
Good cold weather food. Food doesn’t sink really fast. A bit floats away. Spring is cold here! We use before it warms up. Fish are spoiled n picky, but this works!

Nice sinking pellets for my bottom feeding goldfish
It is really hard to find SINKING fish pellets, but these do really sink. A couple stayed on the surface for a few seconds, but not long enough to get sucked into the skimmer, which I was concerned about. I just feed them well away from the skimmer. They were distrusting at first, but now they seem to like it. I am using it for LARGE goldfish in my outdoor pond.

Great food for adult koi.
Item was stolen from my porch after delivery. My Koi love this koi food. I ordered again and have not received the item. Still need something to feed my Koi.

My Koi deserve the best!
I have had Koi for years, but in my old tank floating food was fine. In my new indoor pond floating will not work because I have fast moving water. I have since discovered that Koi prefer to eat off the bottom. Plus it's essential they get the right ingredients to stay healthy. This brand and type sinks right away, my Koi love it and so far they are looking very healthy. It is a bit expensive, but a good food is going to cost more.
