The text and picture clearly say it comes with 6 replacement heads but there is only 2 inside the box. There is no room in the box for more than 2 .

Cute toothbrush for my little ones. Came with 6 replacements including covers. The vibrations are strong enough to clean but not too strong where they irritate their teeth. Would have probably given 5 stars but I Ordered two and one didn’t work but they sent a replacement right away and all seems to be well. Hope these last they are pretty cute.

I thought the toothbrush was nice, although It did not move in a circular motion, like a toothbrush should. Everything else was great , except for that.

I bought one for my son a while back. I know have another child and bought a second one. It’s easy and battery life is very good

My daughter loved it and helped with brushing but already broke after 3 months of use. Save yourself some money and just get a spin brush.
