I love the color plus it fits well. Just loving the watch.

I am a Seiko and Timex fan. Lost my long time Seiko on a trip. Needed a watch ASAP. I Purchased this watch souly on the great reviews and how beautiful it is. Would’ve never thought that this would be the most comfortable watch I’ve ever worn in my life! It fits my wrist perfectly! I am 5 foot eight 135 pounds, normal build. Assuming I have a normal wrist size. Probably would not purchase if you have a sound rest or a bit big boned in your wrist. Even though it’s a beautiful watch, I pretty much wear every day. It keeps time perfectly! I would definitely recommend this watch! FYI The clasp is a little bit of a pain to take on and off. But that’s just for a few moments. I did purchase another Seiko. Eight times the price of this watch. Not as comfortable. The comfort of this watch is 10 stars!!!!

I was looking for an animal print watch band for another watch and came across this watch. It was easy to adjust to my size wrist. It looks very classy and much more expensive that it was. I have several Anne Klein watches and have been very pleased with them. This would make a great Christmas gift for wife, girlfriend, or daughter.... I gave it 4 stars on the easy to read part because the hands are too close to the color of the watch face and hard to read in low light.. Otherwise, it is a winner.

Item is very beautiful in person! It's very sturdy and it feels/looks as if it would last a long time. I'm of Samoan heritage and we've always appreciated the beauty of tortoise shell jewelry. Samoans put forth a lot of intricate work, love and care when creating each tortoise shell bracelet. Because of my Samoan background this watch immediately caught my attention. The pictures do not capture the full beauty and artwork of this piece. Unfortunately there is an issue.... The watch fits a little snug on my wrist. I am 5'5" and weigh 220 lbs. I usually buy watches that are 7 1/2" in length or that offer extra latches. 7 1/2 inches allows me to wear a watch a little loosely so it doesn't hug my wrist too tightly. I'm a Samoan woman for Petes sake and I feel our figures do not take well to watches fitting snugly on our wrists because my skin ends up bulging around the watch. Well that's the way I feel lol. This watch however, did not come with an extra latch that some customers claimed which sucked for me. Also, nowhere is there indicated the true length of the watch. So I bought it assuming the watch might have an extra latch or that it was manufactured long enough to fit me. For those wondering the length it is 7 3/4" . This is why I rated a 4 star. Because these small but crucial details were missing, I could understand why some customers returned it or rated this item low. Dimensions Really assist me as a consumer On deciding where or not to purchase an item especially online items where I'm not able to physically try it on. Anyways, attached on either side of the watch is the tortoise shell made of thick plastic (approx 10mm in width). Be advised that these plastic pieces are curved, designed to go around your wrist. They are not adjustable. Connecting the plastics are the gold colored latches. I read somewhere (if not this item maybe another "gold toned" watch) that the gold color fades after a couple months. A cool trick I do to some of my fake gold pieces (to keep the color from fading or rubbing off) is to paint a small amount of clear nail polish over the gold toned parts. It always works and does not tarnish your jewelry. I'm also sensitive to fake jewelry; my body breaks out in hives. Adding clear nail polish to fake jewelry allows me to wear them. It's a win/win trick! I can wear a lot of jewelry out there that isn't real gold or silver, save money, and my jewelry lasts a long time ! I've attached pictures hopefully to help those in question. I'm happy with my purchase; family LOVES this piece and many have asked me where I bought it. I'm almost to the point where I don't want anyone to know and keep this awesome find to myself lol. I even purchased this watch when it was on sale (I believe for Anazons Mother's Day sale?) so it was an EXCELLENT buy for the price!!!! But hope this review helps someone with their purchase!

If you like a big watch face this is the one for you! Great quality for it's price point. It is easy to size down, if needed. You won't need special tools or need to take it to a jeweler. I was able to wear mine without any size adjustment. It is nice to find a watch without any diamond/crystal accent because often it is overdone and makes the watch look cheap, in this price point. Classic without being too overstated.
