Good product for the price.
These filters arrived on time and in excellent condition.Note - these are not the high end filters you would pay twice the amount for, but they are a very good product for the price. I've bought filters before from other online retailers, and I would buy these again. They are much better than some you find on the internet for similar or slightly higher prices.If you have only one filter in your tub, you may want to consider a high end filter, it will help keep your water cleaner, but if you have more than one filter, as we do, this is an effective and cheaper way to achieve the same results.

perfect product shipped FAST!
I always procrastinate in getting a new filter once I determine when I do a flush and fill on the hot tub. Got tired of paying the ridiculous price for a single one from a local hot tub store, so ordered a pair online. I don't think I've EVER had a package being mailed 'normal' delivery times arrive so FAST....I'll order again, and the price is right, especially with free shipping!

seems flimsy and lightweight
These filters fit my hot tub, but they are much lighter and seem more flimsy than the original filters that I had for my hot tub. I doubt that they will last the 2 years that my other filters have lasted. You get what you pay for....

Am I confused here? I ordered this "deal" a few months back assuming it comes with two (2) filters. When I received my order the box only had one filter inside. I'm not the complainer type, but now comes the time when I need a new one. Aside from this, the filter itself performed great. I will change my star rating when I receive a response. Thank you!

Great filter
I use this for my hot tub and have reordered it several times. Does a very good job over the brand that came with the tub. Traps dirt very good and can be washed with hose and reused many times and it reasonably priced.

Great replacement
