Ball worked fine inside, but outdoors it won't light up. Very disappointing. Tried new batteries, but did not solve problem. Grandkids love playing basketball so they still play with it.Addition to my original review of Jan. 7, 2016. I was contacted personally by this company owner offering to replace the defected ball I received. It was a pleasure speaking with him and I felt that he was sincere about believing in his product and wanting me & my grand kids to have a great experience. Upon reciept of the replacement item, I will submit another review. He even told me he would send a self addressed stamped envelope for me to return the defected ball, so he can evaluate it and prevent further problems. Excellent customer service! Thank you.After receiving the replacement basketball, my grandkids told me the new ball works great, inside the house and out on the court! The new ball has held up so far through many hours on the court. My eldest granddaughter told all her sophomore girls basketball teammates she practices after school and in the evening thanks to the light up basketball. They think it's cool! Thanks for a really great product!

This item right here by far is one of the coolest things that I bought in a long time bought it for my son and now I can't get them to come inside when the sun goes down also bought the light it up basketball net which is key to the whole experience itself these two items together make a game of horse even more exciting I also think you may have improved my sons jump shot he no longer Shoots for the backboard but more accurately at The Rim I only have one request hoping that the company that makes these can make a vest that he can wear while at night it's kind of hard to see the people you're playing with it would be cool if they had jerseys that light up too it would also be cool if the company could make a smaller basketball for my little daughter other than wanting more items from this company I have nothing but good things to say love the product

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my teenage son. He had taken to playing basketball outside every day after school and is the case in New England the days get shorter and it can be several months before the days become long enough to enjoy time outside even if weather permits. The ball was not inflated which I was aware of from other reviews. It was easily inflated though was not quite round. I wasn't too concerned since we were covered in snow. It didn't seem as bright as another similar product I purchased. Will try it again when the snow is gone from the driveway and we can try it out properly.

I bought this for my 13 year old son thinking he might get a few weeks of play out of it, but so far it continues to last and light up brightly in the dark. This LED ball is way better than other standard glow-in-the-dark balls. It is used mostly on the hard (dirt) ground. My son is pretty rough on things, and this ball has been left outside in the heat, cold, rain, ice, etc and it surprisingly still works great. Every single kid that sees it loves it and wants to play with it (and even some adults). I highly recommend this ball. It is a great low-priced gift that is awesome for all ages.

I ordered 2 of these for my 2 grandsons for Christmas. They loved them! Played with them for hours. Especially outdoors at night where they light up so well.

This LightUp product is awesome!!!! It shipped very fast too!!! I received the product and there was no damage. Perfect condition. A feature I really do appreciate that separates this product from other completion is it has a pull tab with the battery. The battery was fully charged when I got it and was ready to go. The ball is nice and bright and works awesome! Comes with a cool carrying bag and the pump for the ball is well designed. Definetely recommend this product. I will be buying there football next especially with football season right around the corner. Highly recommend buy!!!

My son loves this ball. It glows perfectly and you can keep track of the ball. It doesn’t stay inflated but that’s ok, it easy to inflate each time. All the neighbor kids lived playing ball with it.

Bought for my neighbors son who is autistic. He loves it!! It is very cool how it lights up just as shown in the picture. Great product and would recommend as a great gift.
