Well worth the money!!
These things are beefy!!!

This is for an 8”x6” beam
The sides are too tall. It appears these brackets are made for an 8”x6” beam. I had to insert a 1” wood saddle to increase the height to ensure there was enough wood for the top bolt and that the bracket didn’t extend above the beam.

Made work so easy
This is exactly what you would expect from Simpson they are fantastic and made my project so easy. Not cheap but well worth it. I only wish these brackets were made with a smaller SDS screws instead of the large bolts they were a hassle
