TABASCO Raspberry Chipotle Pepper Sauce

I have tried a lot of hot sauces over the years, from smoky chipotle blends to intensely spicy artisan bottles, but I keep coming back to original Tabasco. There is a reason this sauce has been around for generations. It delivers a very specific profile that is hard to replace: sharp vinegar, fermented red pepper, and just enough salt to tie everything together. The heat level is medium, so it wakes up your taste buds without wiping them out. Where this really shines is with eggs. Scrambled, fried, poached, or in an omelet, a few dashes of Tabasco cut through the richness and add a bright, tangy kick. It does not weigh the dish down with heavy smoke or sweetness. Instead, it acts almost like a seasoning, similar to salt and pepper, that you can adjust drop by drop. The versatility goes far beyond breakfast, though. On tacos it adds an acidic lift that complements meat, beans, and cheese. A little on pizza helps balance the grease and cheese. Mixed into ketchup or mayonnaise, it turns basic condiments into something more interesting for fries or sandwiches. It is also surprisingly good on simple things like avocado toast, grilled vegetables, and even oysters. The ingredient list is short and straightforward, which I appreciate: peppers, vinegar, and salt. No sugar, no thickeners, no mystery flavors. Because it is vinegar based, a bottle lasts a long time without losing its punch, and the 12 ounce size is a nice middle ground between a tiny table bottle and a bulk jug. 5/5 This stuff blows the rooster out of the water. Heat is mild, a little less than Huy Fong. The flavor on this stuff is BY FAR the best of any sriracha I've tried. It has that typical sriracha funk with a STRONG chili flavor. I think there's a little tinge of that "tabasco flavor", if you know what I mean. It really adds to the overall product. I keep a bottle at my desk and put it on literally anything I need heat for. I have over two dozen hot sauces on hand but I'm not drawn to any of them to this degree. I've gone through over half of a bottle in the last 2 months. This IS currently the cheapest Sriracha I can find on amazon and cheaper than most in my local grocery store. Price is currently $4.31, a few cents cheaper than when I bought it. I feel like this is a very reasonable price for the size you get, 20 oz, 3oz more than the normal Huy Fong bottle and 6oz less than the bigger Hoy Fong bottle. That's currently less than half of the price of Huy Fong's brand, but it seems like there's a supply issue for Amazon on that.

Great flavor! If you haven't tried this Tabasco flavor yet, do it. Personally, not a fan of the original Tabasco sauce, I branched out to try their other offerings. The Chipotle label Tabasco sauce has great depth of flavor, and delivers a mild heat. It pairs well with a variety of flavors. Large-ish size bottles are a great value and provide enough sauce for multiple uses. The original Tabasco sauce is quite thin, and basically just spicy vinegar while this label delivers more complexity and a much thicker sauce to drown your food in.

This is a must have for making Chicken Stroganoff, and it sells out very fast. I made some Chicken Stroganoff, and it did not taste the same without it so I had to order this. During the fall and winter, Green Jalapeno Pepper Hot Sauce is in high demand due to the sauce quality, the size of the bottle is great to make sauces, savory meals, and most chilis, the versality of this product far exceeds the red Tabasco, the heat level is mild, so it can be used in more recipes, the kick is perfect for foodies, and the longevity of the product is not an issue as you can store it in the fridge to preserve the savor of the taste. I truly love this product, and I am so glad that Amazon allowed me to get it overnight (thank you so much).

This TABASCO Green Jalapeño sauce has a great flavor and just the right amount of mild heat. It works on a ton of dishes. It really “fixes up” a meal without overpowering it. If you want flavor without too much spice, this is a fantastic sauce to have on hand. It is cheap too!

Nice flavor with a reasonable spice level. It does bring a little heat but not to the point of overshadawing a dish. The heat compliments the salsa picante flavor. Good texture and easy to dispense. You can use it on pretty much everything like pizza, eggs, tacos (obviously) and burgers.

Tabasco has always been my go to, general purpose sauce. The original isn't very spicy and chicken is just the sponge for me to eat Tabasco. I'm a fan of the vinegary flavor of Tabasco, but would like a little more heat. Tabasco Scorpion Sauce is surprisingly good. It seems a little thicker than regular Tabasco, but with more flavor and heat. I still use a ton of regular Tabasco, but occasionally I want more heat with less liquid -- and this is the solution.

This chipotle hot sauce has a great smoky, smooth flavor and medium heat that’s easy to enjoy on lots of foods. It adds a tasty kick to chicken, burritos, grilled meats, and even eggs without overpowering the dish. The glass bottle is easy to pour and well-made. A flavorful go-to hot sauce that I’ll keep stocked in my kitchen.
