Earache Drops by Hyland's, Discontinued Version, 0.33 Ounce

I don’t normally go in for homeopathic remedies, but I’ve had an earache on and off for a couple months now and done a couple rounds of antibiotics but it keeps coming back so I was desperate to try anything to relieve the discomfort in between drs visits. I got these yesterday and wasn’t expecting much but to my surprise, they have given me some immediate relief. I don’t know if it’s the placebo effect or if they’re actually working but either way, for the price, I’m happy. I still have some pain and discomfort which is to be expected, but it’s manageable now. I don’t feel like I’m swimming in a fish tank anymore which was the worst feeling in the world and made it difficult to go about my day. These drops got rid of that and the nausea I was getting from my earache. That alone makes them worth it.

I had been seeing an audiologist for a year. At first I had a ruptured eardrum, likely due to a very bad sinus infection… but months after that healed I continued to have pressure and pain in my right ear. Audiologist diagnosed it as eustachian tube disorder and prescribed for antihistamines to take simultaneously daily. The antihistamines helped keep it manageable, but symptoms were noticeable every day when the meds were wearing off. Furthermore, in the three weeks since, I have stopped having any ear pressure or pain related issues. I even dropped two of the four daily antihistamines with no issues. If we weren’t in the midst of pollen season in the south I would probably stop all of them now.Your experience could certainly be different than mine but I am astounded and overjoyed with the outcome.I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled in this instance!

I knew when I purchased this it was “homeopathic” medicine which I’ve always been skeptical about. It has a pretty long list of “micro” or “nano” ingredients as homeopathic meds do. I noted the first “nonactive” ingredient was citrus. This could be why it works. Citrus is a drying agent and can kill bacteria. Anyway, two applications and my bad ear was considerably better.

I've been using Hyland's ear drops for years to treat chronic ear issues and have been 100% satisfied with its performance. It's worked far better than any other over-the-counter treatment I've tried, and works as good as prescription drops, with the major difference being that Hyland costs a lot less than Rx drops.Usage is simple -- tilt your head and apply a few drops. Unlike other over-the-counter drops this is not thick and oily, so it's much easier to use and there's no lingering mess. The drops alleviate pain quickly and, after a few days of use, my ears are back to normal. I have the need to use the drops every 3 or 4 months, so the 10ml bottle lasts me for a couple of years.Zero complaints! They work great, are easy to use with minimal mess, and provide excellent value for the price.

These were recommended by two different pharmacists for minor earaches, but they didn't fix my specific infection.

I can’t put in words my gratefulness for this product. For 30 years I’ve suffered from horrible itching in my inner ears and throat. I would make this awful noise to scratch my ears/throat, that was not only annoying to others, it also left me feeling sore and exhausted. I would wake up in the middle of the night with this awful itching. I tried alcohol, peroxide, mineral oil, vegetable oil. ANYTHING to just stop that God awful itch!!! I tried over the counter allergy meds which would work for all of my symptoms except THE ITCH. I happened to come across this product online and it has blessed my life in ways I can’t describe. I am the mom of five small kids, including twin toddlers, and these eardrops are a godsend! I was never much of a fan of Hyland's teething tablets, so I was skeptical about the eardrops at first. But they are amazing. They're safe to use in pretty much any quantity, so if your baby is fussy and you can't figure out why, you can try the eardrops without worrying that you're overmedicating.If I suspect a little one has an ear infection in the middle of the night, I use the eardrops to soothe them until we can get to the doctor. They work instantly! A few times, we have actually cleared up ear pain and have not needed a doctor visit. Last winter, I had a bad cold and a throbbing earache one night -- I used Hyland's eardrops every couple of hours, and my ear pain was GONE. Within a few more days of using the eardrops, I didn't even have the sensation of fluid in my ear. Last week, my 18m old son had an ear infection -- when I put the eardrops in his ear to soothe the pain, he actually giggled at the bubbly feeling and seemed to have instant relief.One note: when my son was 10 months old, I put the eardrops in his ear, and they turned the outside of his ear slightly pink (like on his earlobe, where the drops ran out a little bit). He never seemed to have any discomfort from it, and I think it was just sensitive baby skin in action.

This combo remedy cleared up the ear inflammation I had been dealing with for weeks! Homeopathics are so safe and effective, they are a mainstay in my home. Amazing product!
